comfy bed , clean , spacious

Greeted by very friendly staff.

We could hear the live band in our room, didn't go on too late.

We didnt get a chance to use our vouchers, or dine there, but great idea

Still think there should be a microwave in the room.

Good location, clean rooms

Bed could have been better. Mattress might been bit old. Saggy in places.

The staff was very helpuf, the location (near supermarket and 1 block away from the beach) was great to get to Ethalong beaches and services and Umina beach.

It can be very noisy, our window was above the exterior seating area and during one of our nights there was a loud live music event.

Friendly atmosphere and staff. Convenient location.We appreciated the free drinks and discount on meals at the pub downstairs.

A lingering smell of cigarettes coming from the curtains, and the bathroom door which would not close.

Excellent service at checkin, the room was spacious and modern with a large bathroom. Staff were welcoming and easy to converse with, the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in ! -10/10 ! We were given a complimentary drink voucher and 10% off meals. The room was clean and the little extras -shampoo and conditioner / body wash were beautiful. I would happily rebook at this establishment again

Good location. Close to beach and shops.

Toilet wasn’t cleaned well, broken bathroom door so we had to block it with chair, slight back pain and stiff neck due bed being too soft

The size of the room and location.

Shower was mouldy but we know that’s hard to avoid sometimes.

Very convenient and easy to go to the shop.

The back stairs should not activate the smoke alarm so people can used the stairs going down and have a smoke outside ..

Large family room. Quiet. Clean. Staff were very friendly. Overall was great for our needs.

Bar downstairs was very lively and a lot of fun. The room itself was decent enough for what we needed and price was great for what we got. Check in was simple enough as well

Great location - handy to everything. The beds were so comfortable. Eventhough we stayed over Christmas time and Boxing Day celebrations were going on long and hard in the bars below, we still got a good sleep. The staff were so helpful and came and refilled our conditioner bottle when we asked .

The shower in our room ( 16) was very temperamental and the water temperature and pressure was sporadic and could not be controlled properly. We reported it at the end of our stay.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was kind and the most important, it was safe. İt is located at the centre of Umina

Large room and bathroom. Super comfortable beds. Very convenient location right in the middle of the shops. Very easy parking. Newly renovated. Only one big block from the beach.

Weren’t there on a Saturday night but the band would be quite loud if you were.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. Loved the big shower head.

I did not like the constant noise from the road and the brightness from the street lights
