Bathroom needs renovations Simply fix an angle to the floor to stop the whole room from flooding would be handy. Probably not ideal showering with water flooding around the toilet bowl and door ways

Convenient location for us. Maccas next door. Bed was pretty comfy. Quiet considering lots of cars for MacDonald's. Good parking.

The wet room was very wet with the shower water everywhere including all around the toilet, I was surprised how fast it did dry though.

I thought the room was great for my overnight stay, it met the price point = money value

I wish the bathroom wouldn’t flood when using the shower on full. I found turning the tap half way helped prevent this but then you’re having a weak shower. I also wish there were amenities such as a hand soap bar and mini toiletries. Only one soap for everything (hands, hair, body, face) - not really good. Would be my only feedback.

Bed very comfortable. Easy access of everything.

No kittle on the room.

Clean and suitable for one night sleep over.

I was surprised that the property didn't have a lift. Luckily we got room at the ground level.

Very hard to find, no sign that was significate to see when driving past, the front sign was very faded and hard to see. Need to put in the description behind mcdonalds for easy finding. bathroom water on floor issues, as per usual, Microwave dirty for 3 days same mess, Man behind the desk knew after 1st arrival day .

Disappointing

The room was smelly, lots of bugs and the fridge didn’t work. In major need of an overhaul!

Room was TINY! Couldnt move. Was not cheap for what we got. Shower water ran out of bathroom onto carpet outside foor.

Space equivalent to price paid- not just a showbox

The rooms were good, close to where we needed to be and value for money.

Our room had no towels and there where also cockroaches in the bathroom.

Location is great close to the places we want to go. My son like how the hotel is close to Maccas.

Small room but I guess for the price you can’t complain.

Good location. I didn't have any breakfast. One of the staff was particularly friendly, cheerful and helpful. He had an accent, I think French. He was very welcoming. and attended to our needs efficiently.

The guest next to our room was loud and partied all night till 5am. He played loud heavy music and he talked incessantly all night. I could hear it all unfortunately. So as a result we didn't sleep well.Also the tv wasn't good. It was difficult to use.

It had a chair so you didn't have to sit on the bed. It also had rear access from the carpark

The shower flooded the bathroom

The location is very good.

We had mosquitoes in our room and asked the receptionist if it could be spread as we were still staying for another night. However, nothing happened. And there was dead mosquitoes from before laying on the tables.

Great value for money. A clean and comfortable room that is well located to access all of the Central Coast. Looks like the rooms have been refreshed recently and the styling is modern and functional. Window blackout blind is a nice touch.

Be mindful when using the shower to control the amount of water spray on the bathroom floor - easy to manage in the scheme of things.

Location, cleanliness, value.

No lift, cramped, very small bathroom (whole floor wetted by shower). Twin bed rolled around at a touch.

The doona did not fit on the bed so when two people slept in it it only covered one person. No mattress protector on the bottom and no fitted sheet when moved in bed it came untucked and could feel mattress on skin

Location, and modern well run show.

I am almost 2mtres in height, and I don't sleep well on a "Queen size mattress " that isn't!!!!, most uncomfortable !!!

Bad

Lack of communication. We were left stranded as no late check in information was provided and the phone just kept on ringing out. A voicemail was left and no return phone call was made either.

Great customer service, good location, clean.
