Property is spacious and well located if you want to be lake side. Some rooms come with reviews of lake / inlet or golf course, lots of parking and the staff friendly.

I think the cleaning could be better, our bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly but I realise this could be a rare miss.

Peaceful water views. Native birds and access to outside. Great for kids

Ants encroaching on terrace were a significant and painful problem. Such a shame that nature also created both good and bad...

This is a hidden gem. Couldn’t get anywhere else so booked here and we’re really impressed. Will be reusing for sure.

Central location to various places in the Lake Macquarie area. The hotel itself seems relatively new & modern, The rooms were a good size, plenty of cupboard storage to unpack, comfy beds.A good selection buffet breakfast is available at the club, which can be accessed through the hotel.

The breakfast is great value, so much variety. Good selection of hot and cold food. Delicious!

Complimentary coffee is very ordinary.

Staff were friendly and efficient, room was clean and comfortable, and location was perfect as we were attending a function at the club joined to the hotel.

The property is very clean and tidy. Our room was spacious and quiet. There was a nasty storm during the night and we didn’t hear it! The outlook from the room was very nice, wood ducks and galahs.

Maybe a microwave in the rooms, we had a baby and not having access to this in the roomBut staff aloud us to use a microwave downstairs which was nice

Friendly Staff, Nice Location & Clean Room.

- Kettle is not clean (kind of rust at the bottom)- Not enough shampoo provided.- No handwash provided.- Expected the microwave oven, but it's not there.

Great service by reception staff. Room very comfortable. Clean couldn't ask for more. Very happy with our stay

Comfortable, quiet and club meal satisfying

I was checking in late , was not following up with the messages sent by the staff , I was lucky as I was coming the reception lady was just finishing for the day she was at her car , but she was so sweet that she returned to the office to hand in the key excellent service I would definitely come back

There was nothing to dislike

The staffs are very friendly and the apartment is clean

No sink in the room. The guest Laundry locks up after 8pm.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with handy access to dining facilities at the attached club. Staff were helpful and courteous. Excellent value for money.

Great location, easy and clear communication with staff members.

Thin walls and we could hear our neighbours all night.

The Staff were great. The club is great. The bed was super comfy and it was close to everything.

Joined to club so convenient for meals and the bistro had a good play area for the kids

The breakfast was great with plenty of variety hot & cold drinks and value for money

Could of had more staff to help clear & clean tables
