- Location
- It was all fine for somewhere to stay the night. Newly renovated and nice inside. No traffic noise
- The accommodation suited our family stay as we needed 4 villas for a wedding at a nearby winery.
Cons -
- Failure of the tv to work.
- Not really villas, more like a row of 3 duplex units with parking in between. You will find out when you get there that there is no breakfast. You are advised to walk to the Indian garage. They had a few hash browns and the like in a warming display. We asked if we could get anything freshly cooked and were told he was busy and to wait 20mins (what was there has been left in the warmer since yesterday). There is a cafe further away which was popular but we had only walked down. There was a toaster in the room so probably they did provide breakfast in the past. For the sake of a couple of slices of sourdough and some local jam they get marked down. The property was for sale so they will be trying to maximise they profit, but do they really save that much
- The villas were large and clean but the whole complex is in need of upgrade. This area of Broke is remote, the onsite restaurant was not open, wifi was poor, 4G + 5G limited, foxtel inoperative. Look at other options.

Staff were super friendly. Villas were spacious and location is stunning
Communication before our stay was frustrating. 1 message sent via booking.com and one via direct email, neither were answered.
Beautiful outlook, cellar door at the property walking distance to a few cellar doors
Hot tub, location and coziness.
Dust under the bed and no pool access :(
Peace and quiet in the vineyard. In the summer, pool area and high ceiling of villa is great.
In the winter, the villas were not as cosy.
Location,ambiance and view
The location and the view..Fantastic! Bonus are the kangaroo visitors??
No breakfast for the price of the accomodation.Pillows are too soft and no headboard to fill the gap of the head area of the bed. Did not sleep well.Mattress is okay. Would love to experience their restaurant open again specially after some wine tasting and we can't drive anymore.
Beautiful outlook, great location!
Mould in the bathroom, shower head was broken, a sign in the kitchen warning if you didn’t wash your dishes you’d be charged $25. Overall felt pretty dated and expensive.
Great location. Villas are spacious and bed was very comfy. Bathrooms modern and big.
Very very hard to contact anybody via message here or phone. They have a restaurant at Nightingale but you can not eat there unless you have a group of 10 or more and no option for breakfast( disappointing)We had a group of 6 so couldn’t eat there. We went across the road to Margin for drinks and dinner , beautiful there. The villas need the blinds cleaned and behind the bed and could do with a bit of tlc ie paint and furniture a bit dated.
Clean, comfortable, cost and cost.
Had trouble getting tv to work ?
The staff were so accommodating, we needed an early check in and it wasn’t a problem we attended a wedding at Adam’s Pheak, so across the road and up a bit pretty much great location We asked for a late check out and that wasn’t a problem either. We did the wine tasting which is complimentary right on Sunset Absolutely beautiful we were lucky enough to have the Owner look after us and she put on some beer battered fries for our daughter which was very kind, considering the restaurant was closed. I didn’t notice another family turn up. We were little kids and she cooked them food as well. It’s the little things isn’t it that makes it stay better thank you
It is in a beautiful location and very peaceful. It would be a good place for a group getaway to sample the nearby wineries. The staff are accommodating and helpful.
Located very close to the wedding venue I was attending. Staff welcoming & thoughtful. Using the pool was delightful.
Some of the aspects of the room were looking “tired”. My room, the studio needed a full length mirror so I could properly check my outfit for the evening.
Set on a beautiful vineyard, our villa was spacious and comfortable. Rooms were a great size and the large spa was perfect after a day at the wineries.
Nothing!
Location is amazing
Unfortunately the pool hadn’t been cleaned for a while so was unusable
The villa's are setup for fully independent living, but it is nice to have a vineyard to taste some wine during the stay.
The property has a great location and very nice view looking eastward.
The owner who looked after our tasting and checked us in was so very lovely! The room was spacious with gorgeous views over the vineyard
Quiet, with privacy and a very beautiful view. The receptionist is very cute and friendly.
Bathtub of room 3 Can't use spa mode And in my room there are no coffee capsules. But overall it is considered good.
