Roomy apartment with balcony. Contained everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Was amazed at how beautiful the hotel and its amenities are. Everything you could want and need. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful and I could not recommend this place any more. Will be staying here again

The apartment had everything we needed. It was well equipped, including a dish washer, washer dryer and kitchen items. The tub/shower combo was a bonus. The bed and lounge were comfortable. The pool area with large bbq, picnic table, pool lounges and jacuzzi was beautifully landscaped.

All was good here, and as expected.

We were greeted by a friendly man at reception and check in was easy. The apartment was clean and tidy, gardens and pool were maintained nicely. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed in terms of pots, pans etc. We felt like we had privacy, the area was quiet. Location was fantastic, only a short walk to the beach and club.

If I had to fault anything it would be the couch was quite uncomfortable but that is just my opinion and the water pressure in the shower was pretty average.

Good location in town good sized room very clean

Very hard to find. did not like all of the codes. Not easy to work. very difficult to use. the amenities were very light on the kitchen side. wine glasses with no Corkscrew or bottle opener? The bathroom fan remaining on for long periods of time is very annoying.

Great apartments to stay in. Very spacious and comfortable. Very peaceful location. I stay here every year. Friendly staff.

Shower pressure was a bit low and hard to adjust.

I have stayed at Beaches Apartment’s a few times, Adela & Chris are so friendly & if anything needs attention to it’s done immediately. …..the accommodation is spotless … beds comfortable All great The property is so handy to restaurants & you can go into Nelson Bay or Shoal Bay which is a beautiful 1/2 hr walk , Nelson Bay has a lovely little shopping area coffee shops & a cinema for rainy days !

That it had everything you needed close to beach shops clubs they had minute putt bbq facilities pool staff where excellent and great people

Spacious comfy beds

We stayed here recently. The location is fantastic, just that little way out of town, nice and quiet but close enough to everything. The 2 bedroom apartment fantastic for us and the kids. The pool was great, nice and clean and we would definitely stay there again.

The only thing we didn't like was the double bed mattress which is on its way out. We sunk and rolled to the middle each night.

Good value for a 2 bedroom apartment in walking distance to Shoal Bay beach and Little Beach.

Location to main attraction & Shoal Bay township very accessible, walking distance good everywhere. Very quiet in the complex. Comfortable bed & pillows, all essentials supplied, pod machine included, washing powder.

Nothing was out of order.

Great stay, apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Perfect location for local beaches, cafes and attractions.

1 bathroom for 2 families in unit 10 wasn't enough..need to have an extra bathroom

We stayed in Apartment 9. It was SUPER CLEAN and comfortable. You can clearly see this apartment was cleaned properly prior to our stay and is well maintained. Super clean curtains, vents, carpets, linen, blankets, pillows & bathroom/shower. It's great to see the property managers take pride in maintaining cleanliness and uphold the apartments to a high standard. Highly recommend this place to other families, Lovely clean pool and putt putt golf for the kids on the side of the complex. We will definitely stay here again.
