The cleanliness was the first thing I could smell on arrival A+.Impressive lay out design. Well, maintained. Loved the fact the air conditioner had been turned on for us. (personal touch)Staff were amazing, warm, welcoming and friendly, were able to answer my questions.The location is second to none. Quality food and shops a short stroll away. The views were spectacular, the beach warm & welcoming. I have stayed before and I will definitely stay again, highly recommend to anyone.

One small blip would be the pillows were very thick, but other than that. No complaints

Waterfall shower

The park was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also fantastic, providing easy access to the beach and local attractions.

There wasn’t much to dislike, but the water pressure in the cabin was quite poor, making showers less enjoyable than expected. It would be great to see this improved for future stays.

Just one bathroom but very close was clean modern park showers and toilets. Light in laundry was not operating but our fault as we kept forgetting to inform staff.

Although furniture appeared new and was comfortable, the villa we stayed in was quite worn down, which was no problem at all, but unexpected for the price charged.

10pm noise is not monitored, parties in the glamping BBQ area are very loud when your in a tent, two nights of no sleep till after 1am

The tv cable ( wifi connection) was broken, so no tv for the duration

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the park is well maintained and modern, and the location was amazing! Within easy walking distance to all the main Shoal Bay restaurants and the beach is just across the road.The room was very well stocked with plates, cups, etc.

The only criticism I have is that the tile floors in the main living area were very dirty, particularly around and under the furniture. I had to wear socks everywhere and not put my feet on the ground when sitting on the lounges. Also no iron or ironing board was listed on the amenities list so we brought our own (visiting for a wedding), but both were in our room. Booking.com need to update this.

Great location clean facilities

The safari tent was very noisy it was very windy night and the tent flapped all night so didn’t get much sleep and paid $217 per night which was disappointing.

we had kids playing knock and run on our cabins at 1am which isn’t always the best and drunk teens vomiting in our bbq area!

This property was exceptionally clean and spacious for the two of us. We especially appreciated the full-size fridge and the fully equipped kitchen, including an oven. While the furniture could have been a bit more comfortable, the bed and linens were outstanding—truly hotel quality. The en-suite was also very roomy. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything, so we could park the car and explore on foot. I highly recommend this property, and a big thank you to the staff, who were incredibly professional. Special mention to the check-in staff, who remained calm and friendly despite the busy school holiday rush. Truly impressive service!

The only suggestion I would make is that the table and chairs in the living area weren’t particularly comfortable, and the television is a bit outdated. However, this is more of a suggestion for improvement than a complaint, as it didn’t impact our overall enjoyment of the stay

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about the park it was very clean close to shops all walking distance and the beach across the road definitely will come back thank you for a great stay

There is nothing we didn't like

there is a heater and an aircon now in the tents- it has everything i needed - it was clean and very comfortable, It has everything you need

the only thing i could suggest is a better way to wash the sand off at the door of the tents and more parking- not being able to have more than one care is hard if you are with friends. The brown blankets were not clean

I had hurt my foot prior to arrival, so the 2 stairs were difficult for me, but I highly recommend this gorgeous holiday park
