Great little cabin, very clean, right on the beach, nice facilities
Not sure whether it was because of mobile towers but our wifi connection was slow, not a problem on the weekends but when trying to get onto emails for work on the weekdays, it was very slow
Rain shower head, mirrors on backs of doors need to come up higher
very well-kept facility, clean and friendly staff, good access to the beachs, one great for walk and another for rest and comfortable for families with children. Was my first time in this place and very satisfied. Thank you ?
Perfect little cabin! Just a few metres from the beach - which was exactly what I needed. The cabin was scrupulously clean and had everything I needed.
Maybe add a coffee table in front of the lounge. I like putting my feet up when I’m watching tv. But I was overall very happy with what was there.
Was in a villa. We prepared our own breaky
Remove bunk beds. Too old fashioned. Too dangerous
Great location and close to beaches and town centre, the staff are more than helpful

Good location, good amenities, clean.
Very expensive. $330 per night for a budget cabin.
Location was fantastic, kids loved riding their scooters around the park. Little Beach is perfect for kids and only a short walk to Shoal Bay. Our cabin was clean and had everything we needed.
It would have been good to have fresh towels each day.
Location is great - access to ocean-facing beach which is a bit more rough, and enclosed calm bay on the other side. The cabin was reasonably clean, and generally quite comfortable. Nights were very quiet in spite of park being choke full of people. Beds are very good and pillows are exactly as I like them.
Port Stephens is generally really overpriced, and this holiday park is no exception. For this price I expected at least something above the very basics, but alas. It felt like a very good $150/night stay, but certainly nowhere near $300/night. Can get a pretty luxury experience for that price elsewhere, but I guess that's what it is these days unless you're willing to go really far from population centres. To be more precise. Tiny cooking area with spartan utensil availability. No privacy, as cabins are very close to each other and if you lift the shutters you are basically face to face with your neighbours. A lot of things which would be nice to have aren't provided (i.e., BBQ cleaning is left to your imagination, community room has nothing but a TV and ~10 books etc). General feel of the property is just... cheap...
The location was fantastic, embedded in between two shores with a private access to the beach which has wonderful views. The facilities were top notch, that included a camp kitchen with all necessary utencils. The cleanliness was great too.
A bit pricey and one can argue on the value for money. The cabins still felt a bit outdated, with manual keys as access to your cabin. The size of the rooms was a bit tight.
Great location, right on the beach front
Their boom gates sucked. Camera wasn’t positioned properly
we enjoyed our stay net time we might stay in one of the cabins looking over the water .
THE CABIN WAS CLOSE TO EVERTHING THE STAFE WERE VERY HELP FULL
Comfortable bed the room had everything you needClose walk to the little beach boathouse restaurant it was wonderful great food
Nothing I didn’t like
Staff were great and location was fantastic.
The property was very dated and lots of worn out and damaged surfaces. Very expensive for what it was.
Cabin on water, lovely staff
Wish I was told about the excavator & bobcat digging right at the back of our cabin all day. I booked this for my husband’s early 50th & to get him away as he works for the council for 19 years 7 days a week, he is at breaking point. He couldn’t even rest the first few days as the noise was just a joke, the semi trailer tail gate noise we thought someone was running into our cabin. Not a peaceful water view experience at all. We left a day early.
We were on a road trip to the snow and going and returning we sadly arrived on dusk but were able on the return trip to see on top of Marine Rescue how beautiful Nelson Bay is.
We had no blanket on our second saty in the main bedroom.
Location, access and layout (unless you are trying to find your unit at night).
External lighting.
