Reflections Hawks Nest - Holiday Park

Location was great, very close to beach and restaurants, cafes. Comfy beds and pillows. Very helpful staff.

Very bad weather, heavy rain and big winds for 2 days and nights made it very hard to sleep, nothing could be done about that.

Location The park is amazing with the new upgrades. The pool is like what you find in a resort.

The spare beds are not made upLinen in a bag

Cabins were not as statedOnly had bedding for 4 people . They were meant to have 2 X double bunks in each but did not. The bbq on the porch didn't work and tripped the circuit breaker. Dishwasher didn't work either.

Location was great, salt water pool was fantastic

No WiFi, had to hotspot which was inconvenient because my husband had to do some work

Biggest disappointment was that I could not get internet top work at all. I used the password but it refused to open.

Just a few small things to mention the smell of bleach was very strong on arrival and the lightbulb in the dining room didn't work.

One need for maintenance but was fixed within 24 hrs

Basic accomodation for overnight stay -- all I needed for this visit.

WiFi didn't work at all. I had to use my phone as a Mobile Hotspot.

Good location. Close to beach and nice golf course and club.Cabin was clean and quite well equipped.

Cabin was tiny. There was no drawer space for clothing although we could hang things up. There was no shelf space in bathroom, and no towel rails. There’s never enough hanging racks in bathrooms! There was a clothes rack but not enough room to put it up anywhere inside. The TV was positioned high on wall and you’d get a sore neck after watching for any length of time. Phone reception was terrible, as was the wifi.

The bed was far to soft for two people we ran out of hot water twice when I booked thought we where having a cabin with nice outside decking.

Location, everything with in walking distance.

No swimming pool. But right on beach.

No gate on the front porch to keep the dog on the verandah and the blinds in the living area are see through at night time so no privacy

Clean. Warm. Good shower temperature and pressure. Near golf course.

Poor wifi reception. Sometimes none at all.

Quiet location. Comfortable bed. Large towels. Everything needed was there.

No internet service where we were, though it was available at the office, so it could be boosted quite easily. General condition of cabin OK but a bit worn and tatty.

Property was clean supplied with all you need very happy

They were a couple of little things that need to repair gas stove lighting ignition not working third bed that I paid for extra adult was not made which you think would just be normal plastic towel rack was broken in half

Pet friendly so could take our dog. The 2 bedroom cabin was spotless and sensibly furnished for pet-friendly. The balcony was large and especially helpful given it poured rain most of the time. Having the pub across the road was handy for takeaway pizza. We also enjoyed lunch in their dog-friendly outdoor section. The staff at the park were friendly. There was an off leash area our dog could run around in and dog waste bag stations around the park.

Due to mobility issues we chose to drive to the IGA and had breakfast at their cafe, although a flat walk it is a few blocks away.

P5 was beautiful and my upgrade was appreciated

E1 is horrible
