Timbertown Motel

Room is clean and tidy.

TV is bad and often no signal. No sound proof.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Only negatives were no undercover parking for our Motorcycles and out of date TV's (no Netflix etc)

The room was very large and included a kitchenette. With few exceptions, the room was also clean and the bed reasonably comfortable.

The room was very noisy; there was no soundproofing. There was a small pool in the courtyard where children were playing. Although the family wasn't very loud, you could hear almost everything in the room, including their conversations. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was very unreliable. Overall, I'm not satisfied with the value for money.

Staff were very friendly. In a cracking spot. Right near the IGA. Right near the tavern. Only minutes to the centre of town

Beds were very very soft and we sunk into them to almost the base.

Clean comfortable beds hot showers and a great pool to cool off in

Pool. Guest room was great.

Bathroom. Shower very small and terrible shower head

Good location. Well maintained. Clean and comfortable beds. Pleasant, helpful staff.

We stayed in summer and found that very small air-conditioning unit couldn't cope. This made the bedrooms very hot even with the ceiling fans.

Clean Room, nice toilet, Good facilities, very helpful amd friendly staff

location, beds were OK, cutlery and crockery appreciated, room size was ok

tired motel complex, loose taps, dodgy door knobs, wall damage, fridge was not turned on so leaking water, it does need some TLC

Place was nice and clean

Main office person was very rude, not friendly or welcoming at all

Clean, plenty of room, helpful staff. Great outdoor area.

very clean and well maintained

the bed was totally uncomfortable, neither of us had a good night s sleep

Size of room

The screens did not work and resulted in an infestation of insects which severely impacted our comfort and sleep. We were not offered an alternative room or any safe and reasonable assistance with the infestation. We were also not offered a price reduction or money back for the accommodation cost. Very disappointing.

beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. it was very convenient for what we wanted. as a disability accessible room it was well designed with plenty of room to manouvre the scooter etc. lots of PowerPoints was a bonus.

i think the air con could do with a service, it was very noisy, but it did work well. just the noise was an issue.

The room I had felt like a quality city hotel room. Very nice

No assigned parking spots. Pool waterfall wasn’t working

I liked that there was a games room for the kids and the pool area was lovely.

Need times that reception is actually open in case you do arrive earlier than anticipated.

Clean, friendly staff

Bathroom could have been a bit wider as I had 2 elderly people with me as well as my 2 son's

Location was good for my Wauchope visit

Maybe updated carpet in the future budget, outside motel rooms upstairs

Nice size rooms and beautiful pool, easy check in for out of hours reception , we came on a 40 degree day and the room aircon was on already when we arrived which was lovely .

Not a lot of parking but we still made it work

The bed was really comfy. Room was very big and spacious, great room for a family of 5. Easy access to IGA and nearby shops. Jo-anne was lovely and accommodating and super helpful.
