Check in was easy. Parking in front of my room.

The carpet needs professional cleaning. Although the apartment was clean the carpet gave the impression that they weren’t too concerned about the appearance and that made it a bit uncomfortable.

Welcomed by Fiona on arrival, easy off road parking, close to restaurants & shops.

Location is great.

Room very dated and not very clean. Toilet cistern leaking badly all over the floor.

Reasonably clean. Aircon worked well, quiet room. Comfortable bed.crockery and cutlery supplied with microwave, toaster and jug. Basic bathroom and fittings, no conditioner and very basic toiletries.

Needed a bit of an update but comfortable enough for a short stay and good value for the price.

The location is good, we had a nice dinner at a nice restaurant nearby.

The managers smoke outside continuously and the smoke went into our room.

The motel was quiet & located conveniently close to town.The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable & the shower hot.

The room had a drain smell in it.

It was very hot when we arrived and, as we had booked ahead they had turned on the air conditioner and we walked into a lovely cool unit. The motel is an older one but it was very clean and comfortable. It is situated close to the main shopping centre and easy walking distance from a host of dining options. We would definitely stop there again. John

Good location. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and watering holes. Good breakfast across the road. Off street parking.

Unusual reception. Doesn’t detract from experience.

Bed was comfortable

First sight of motel on checkin is a broken blind in reception area indicating no one cares anymore. Carpet stained, torn curtain in bathroom, stained shower screen. Top sheet on top of ‘doona insert’ only, no sheet underneath.

There was nothing to like because we couldn't get in to our booked room. We would like a refund. See below.

When we arrived the place was closed and the phone number to ring was unanswered and the message bank full. Our PIN number would not open the key box. We went to the Information Centre and they tried to get a response from the motel but without success. We were forced to find other accommodation.

Everything!! Rooms while not totally modern were exceptionally clean and all needs were covered. Microwave with crockery etc…… cosy little table to eat at. Very informative compendium …. shame we weren’t staying longer to check it all out. Bathroom supplies very nice with plenty of hooks to hang your items. Entertainment needs catered for ie Netflix etc.

Not a big deal but carpark and stairwell look a bit tired.

We were shocked with the big dirty stain on the bed duvet , the milk in our fridge was already opened & had been used . We had no cups for coffee or tea , all but empty toilet roll instead of a fresh one . Not value for money at all

For the price the facilities were good. Clean and comfortable

Well on arrival we were given a room when we opened the door the room was in a mess the person in reception said sorry and gave us another room the disabled room HOW a disabled person could stay in that room I don't know everything was out of reach if in a wheelchair .We stayed 2 nights told room would be serviced 2nd day had to ask for clean towels and milk room NOT serviced there were NO smoke alarms and person in reception the lights were on but nobody was home .

Great position in town centre. Good wifi and very quiet. Large comfortable room...

The staff were wonderful people. The hotel was close to everything which was great.

I didn’t mind that the room was outdated but it was very dusty and had a mould smell to it. I read the reviews before booking and they were fantastic so I was a bit disappointed. The room definitely needs a good clean .
