Credit to the cleaner, the room as spotless and smelt so clean. Bed was comfortable and made to perfection. The manager/ owner was friendly and welcoming

Nice, clean motor lodge, opening windows and air conditioning.

Great little motel. Very quiet, Walking distance to the Gunny club for good meals.

Comfy bed. Clean, basic facilities. Good restaurant across the road

No cutlery provided. My colleague was sick so I brought him a takeaway steak and veg, but the restaurant didn’t provide a knife and fork either. He texted me later the steak was great, but had to eat his meal like a caveman. I said well, at least you didn’t have to hunt the prey. lol.

Easy check in. Friendly staff.

Rooms are dated and a little noisy, but clean and comfortable.

Almost next door to the Gunnedah Club, friendly greeting on arrival, updated room.

The room was very tiny with a bit too much furniture.

Expensive !! This was only a $120 room (if that )SmallUnsecured parking that backed onto an vacant block that was easily accessed by general public

It was very clean and had been updated. Beds were comfortable and sheets were a good soft quality. Shower was hot and regular temperature. Owner was helpful in recommending dinner options.

The room was small but we were only there one night.

Motel was within walking distance of shopping facilities, hotel and cafes.

Missed a kitchen sink. Electric jug was difficult to fill from the bathroom basin, but that's only a minor problem I know.

The hotel is close to the school where my main point of my visit was.I suppose they gave me the biggest room with 2 normal beds and one queen sized bed.I was on my own. The bed was good but the doona was too thin for winter.There was a supply of coffee, tea and milk, a kettle, a toaster, some mugs and glasses and spoons, but no other utensils. Neither plates bowls. There were enough towels.

The bathroom is very tiny and cold. The carpet floor is visibly damaged and should be fixed or removed.There is only one sink in the bathroom but so tiny that you can't wash the dishes or fill the kettle.

Bit further than I thought from shops, but that didn't matter too much.

We had our own food. Staff and owners we could not ask for better. They went above and beyond to help us. We both have medical problems o we really appreciated there help

Great housekeepers rooms has polished floors & comfy beds also very soundproof especially for an older style pub hotel. The s suite in room 8 was massive.

Shower head in shared bathroom dribbled water out so couldn't shower in middle of.night The smaller communal balcony had been neglected with cleaners obviously not sent our there do check it has pile of rubbish left by guests which was a shame because the balcony overlooked the main St of Gunnedah opposite McDonald's.

It’s a Dulux overhaul, quite old and tired with a dated renovation showing its age. Rude housekeeper who comes knocking on the door at 0930am and when I politely acknowledged I was sternly reminded “check out is 10am mate”well coke back after 10am and knock if I hadn’t already checked out. They just want you gone so they can quickly clean and go home themselves.

Very Clean & Tidy.Everything was working.Staff/ Owners are very helpful & friendly.Will stay again .??

No 2nd blanket available, and as split system is above your head, it was not an option to use it as a heater at night. (dehydration and annoying). the night was cold, so I had to use bath towels on the bed for warmth.
