Clean cabin and clean grounds

Cabins were so close to each other it felt the neighbours kids were in our cabin. No privacy. Tiny cabins and bed rooms. No insulation so it was either freezing or hot inside. No kitchen utensils to cook with, a dirty broken frypan and one small pot with no lid. Internet was extremely slow, no smart TV and could not stream using the internet. For the price you pay you would expect these basic things.

It was built on the cheap and has not aged well

It was cheap comparatively speaking and was a cabin rather than a room and a hotel, which was good

It was lovely modern and so peaceful, the area its self is gorgeous!

If any criticism, I did find reversing the car out a bit tight, but may well be that a lack of driving skill contributed on my part.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin was nicely set up and comfortable for the price and had a large outdoor area which was a nice outlook. A short walk via the river into the main town was also nice.

We were located next to the jumping pillow. Kids were screaming all day as it is available sunrise to sunset. The cabin bathroom had patches of mould.

Room was nice. Coffee van and bbq.

Kids facilities not well supervised. TV in our room didn't work nor did the wifi.

Great location, good sized cabin with everything we needed that had been kept new and clean.

Bad

I tried to get my invoice and they never get back to me. Call them and they told me that booking has to provide it. I need to claim this with my work.

We thoroughly appreciated our stay at SWR. The spacious bed, immaculate bathrooms, exceptional pool and short ride or walk to the headland were notable highlights. Having stayed in numerous parks, like Ingenia, we were impressed with the cabin's overall quality and value - exceeding our expectations - We will certainly return!

Maybe bigger car spots for boats

We visit often and we do like location and the fact that it doesn’t have a big resort feel.

The bed in the cabin what way tooo soft, have had a sore neck for two days from the position in the bed as it was tooo soft and uncomfortable

Great facilities for the price and excellent location

Cabin was a little dated, tv’s could do with an update so we can stream movies etc as all we could watch was abc kids

The property was very well managed and staff were good. The cabin was very clean and well equipped and the pool was very warm.

You could not stream Netflix, Youtube etc on the TV although there was free WiFi provided. Also the park was some distance from the centre of South West Rocks and the cafe's, hotel etc that are located there.

No fault of the park- limited phone reception. There was decent wifi but it failed a day before we left.

Fabulous cabin, great views and facilities.

We loved everything except for the close proximity to other cabins (separated by car space). To be fair though, the veranda’s privacy wall makes a huge difference.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Stayed for 2 nights. The location is great the park is very spacious and well maintained.

The venue was clean and our children had a great time. The cabins could do with some updates, but are very comfortable.

Fantastic location and wonderful amenities - kids absolutely loved the pool, scooting around and jumping on the jump pad. It was close to everything we needed and had a really lovey family-friendly vibe. Would come back!

Staff super friendly, room was tidy with a comfy bed. Park had really nice facilities. Very happy with everything.

Woken up by others each morning, but this is expected in a holiday park.
