The Cubana Resort Nambucca Heads

Comfy bed. Lovely linen and pillows. Friendly service. We were there on a monday so the restaurant was closed and the place quiet but we enjoyed our stay.

The bathroom was adequate but really tired - the rest of the room was great. There were weeds in the planter boxes above us and in the concrete edge of our courtyard.

The space, facilities and tranquility. We enjoyed the bar and restaurant and our room was spotless and spacious and staff very friendly and attentive.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like, oh maybe if they provided a toaster in the room that would have just been the icing on the cake.

The resort was located in a quiet part of town with large comfortable rooms. The restaurant and bar were close and the food was good. Room had a lounge, small eating table and a small outdoor area which we would have used if it was not raining. The owner was always smiling and very accommodating.

The pool and spa area are dated and needed some upkeep. There was nowhere to go for food close by if you did not use their restaurant.

Room was bright, fresh and clean. Beds were super comfy!

Mexican restaurant on site and good breakfast available

No microwave or toaster or bowls in room. Restaurant service was rather slow

Room was very spacious with high ceilings - glad there was reverse cycle aircon to pump some heating.Minimalistic decor which I prefer so it's nice and clean.Reception area and staff were warm and welcoming.I'm not really a motel person, but this one exceeded my expectations. Would gladly stay here again.

The bed was very comfy and it was peaceful despite being near a main road. Good selection of food at the restaurant.

The toilet had a funky smell. Might have been made worse by all the flooding in the area.

Second visit here - great staff, clean and comfy rooms and the gardens are wonderful. Highly recommend this as a stop over on your next road trip

The bed was rock hard & the kettle was filthy, wasn’t comfortable using it.

Comfortable bed , well equipped room , Excellent food and cocktails in the restaurant.

I loved everything, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the bed was very comfortable, set in a bushland setting it is very quiet, great for a good night's sleep. I'll definitely be returning.

The rooms were clean, bright and spacious. The beds were very comfy. We loved the rooms and enjoyed the onsite restaurant and swimming pool.

It was raining when we were there and there was not a lot of seating options at the restaurant for us with our dog.

Friendly receptionist, helped us with check in and arranging dinner. Room clean renovated and spacious. Very comfy beds. Used the spa too. Great location

Clean, friendly staff, large room and comfortable super king size bed. Happy to allow our 2 frenchies to stay. Great food at the Mexican restaurant. Short drive to off leash dog beach.
