Location is great, with many clubs close by and lots of walking paths.The main bed was comfortable, many pillows, blankets and towels all provided.The staff were super friendly.

The lounge was very uncomfortable and dirty, and the whole unit was dated and needed a good scrub.

Beautiful location, our cabin was overlooking the lagoon so the views were spectacular. Having full kitchen was very handy too.

The bathroom was very tiny and there was very little storage space.

location is perfect for couples but especially for families due to the kids activities, pool, jumping balloon, playground, fishing swimming etc.

While the park is a way out of town it is picturesque and has excellent facilities including access to the tavern next door. Cabin facilities are standard and it is well equipped with all the basics.

The cabin worked well for our family. It had everything we needed. Only stayed a night so didn't have a long time there.

The lounge was abit marked and overall look/style abit out dated but fine for what we needed.

Great location, great facilities

TV had universal remote & couldn't access all features. Ceiling fan was super slow & didn't cause air movement or so fast it felt like it was going to lift the ceiling. Not huge issues, but annoying and simple to fix

About the best location in Nambucca Heads. A few steps away from the best views along the coast, a beautiful restaurant and coffee shop. The cabin was neat enough, comfortable and clean. Shame we didn't pay more for a view but we couldn't quite justify it.

Not much to complain about, but the driveway is so tight that we scraped our car unfortunately. And, if you can afford a view we would recommend it.

the accommodations are cozy, clean and got everything you need in them.

The location was breathtaking. The apartment was very spacious. We were given a free upgrade which made our stay even more awesome. This is definitely a place to stay if travelling from Sydney to Brisbane.

The location was fantastic. The restaurant was brilliant. All the staff we encountered were lovely and extremely helpful.

The car space was way too small and muddy. The bed was going uncomfortable.

Nicely located on the estuary of the Nambucca River, this is really a caravan park-type accommodation option, with numerous small cabins available but closely packed like a busy caravan park. The park gives excellent access to the walkway out to Pilot Lookout, and via walking tracks over the hill to Shelly and Bielbys beaches. The check-in arrangements worked very well - I was texted a gate code and a safe code to retrieve my cabin key, and inside the safe also found a nice map and other instructions. We never met or even saw a staff member, but that was fine. Nice place to park our car right next to the cabin. The cabin has air-con, stove, fridge and a range of necessities.

The cabin was extraordinarily small, and despite putting on the (fairly thin) extra blanket that was supplied, we were cold in bed overnight. I guess we could have hauled ourselves out of bed and turned on the heather, so shouldn't complain too much - but its nice when substantial blankets are available for cold nights, and the cabin only had a very light one.

Bed was a bit sagging. Shower door was tending to get off track and had to be careful shutting it when showering.

Neat and scenic location, overall clean for a camping location

I recommend sending instructions for ‘late check in’ procedures via email versus calling for international travelers as we did not receive any instructions beforehand. Luckily, we called the after services number at the gate and a few minutes later got the help we needed.

The cabin we stayed in was very tidy, had an excellent kitchen, comfortable couch, and everything else needed to spend a night before hitting the road next morning. Also, we totally get it why there are quite a few permanent accommodations on the site - the location is just amazing.

The bed was a bit narrow for two people but that's just a small gripe.

Whilst the rules are for guests to not disturb each other, nearly every morning we were woken up very early morning (before 6) by children calling out or people walking past our cabin talking.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and modern

Cabin was extremely small for family and expensive.Way too small for a family for 2 adults 2 kids.
