Cons -
- Our cabin only has three chairs at the dinning table and we were a family of four. Bathroom was a bit outdated but clean.
- Cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in was not good. Dust and cobwebs in most rooms. Price we paid did not match what we received in my opinion.
- Everything, old is ok but needs to be clean and maintained . Laundry facilities very dirty.

Disappointed
Cleanliness of the cabin we stayed in was not good. Dust and cobwebs in most rooms. Price we paid did not match what we received in my opinion.
Dirty, entry full of cobwebs and insects(roaches, beetles) food scraps under lounge, could be seen from doorway, shower dirty, very rundown,

Size of accommodation Location was convenient Facilities were good
Gates were left open didn't feel as secure as previously Cabins were not clean as I'd expect floors were dirty dark dirt if wiped things were wiped over but not great cleanliness Our 2 toilets had dirty toilet brushes that were in severe need of replacing due to the appearance of brown on them quite disgusting
Location
The room was dirty, sheets were not fresh, some spiders found in our room and the bathroom was filthy
The location as it was close to the Uni.
Infested with ants, the bathroom was filthy. She shower was filled with mould, scum and grim. The air conditioning had a foul smell in the air when it was on. I was only supplied one extra toilet roll and the one on the toilet hold was a half roll so used by the previous occupants. The walls and doors of the bedrooms had dirty hand prints all over them. One of the main blue blanket had white stand on them that looked like bodily fluids on them.
Comfortable beds, spacious, modern furniture, everything provided that was needed in the kitchen
Close to town, good BBQ facility, spacious cabin
The bed was very hard.
We stayed in family cabin only thing I could complain about would be in kids bunk room if there could be a pedestal fan provided for in that room that’s all the rest was great.
No fan in kids room just a pedestal one to put in there would be great.
Travelled with grandchildren, they loved the facilities
The tennis court was out of action but hopefully ready next time
I have stayed here before and found it to be a good large family room which accommodated my family well. This time around I was bitterly disappointed by how dirty the cabin was. Generally unclean and with bed bugs in the main bed.
I arrived late and when I walked in to the cabin I could see that the floors were visibly dirty with leftover cereal on the floor. No bin liners were in any of the bins. It was after hours so we went to bed, given it was quite hot my partner slept on top of the blankets in the main bedroom while I slept with my small child in the other room. The next day my partner noticed he had a rash coming up on his wrist and side of his face. We then arrived back to our room late that afternoon and after a long day got into bed. At about 11pm my partner was laying in bed and was suddenly itching all over and could feel something was biting him. After switching on the light and shining a torch along the wall at the head of the bed it became evident that the bed was infested with bed bugs!! He jumped in the shower and went to move into one of the bunk beds but when he unfolded the linen he could see hair on the sheets and it was clear that they hadn’t been washed. He ended up sleeping on the couch for the remainder of the night and we were gone before the reception was open.
Beautiful location
Wr were not able to watch any tv and not much help provided. Not much help with wifi connection Games room was a little outdated and not well taken care of. However it was a nice location.
Close to city
Pool very cold
Not much
It was filthy, ear buds etc under the lounge, fridge needed the shelves cleaned which I did as all the edges of them were caked with debris, cupboard had leftover toaster crumbs, floor felt grimey and sticky like it had bever been mopped properly. We paid for a large cabin expecting it to be at least clean but the bed was hard as a rock and none of us were well rested for our event the next day..bathroom was pokey and when doing my daughters hair kept hitting my elbow on the wall bc it was too small to do anything in. The showers grout needed a good clean asIt was all brown and dirty.
We needed accomadation for our family of 9 to go Graduation Ceremony at UNE. The staff had great communication with directions emailed to find the tourist park Very accomadating with our late checkin text message with instructions for checking in after hours WE booked 2 cabins Our air-conditioning was on ready for us to cool down after a long 10 1/2 hour drive Beds were very comfortableGood size rooms double Beb in one room. 2x bunk beds in second room Clean Linen and large towels, iron, ironng board, chopping boards, bread knife ( a blessing) fry pan, pots pans cutlery plates bowels right down to the dish washing liquid, scrubbing brush, tea towels complementary milk tea coffee biscutes Cook top, Very clean grounds Large camp kitchen, fire pit complete with timber ,Jumping pillow, pool, with deck chairs , recreation room, laundry, clothes line, spacious camp sites So very quiet Would highly recommend if traveling though or to Armidale close to everything within 10klm
If I had to.pick anything wrong possibly couple more garbage bags, but admittedly there are 4 large garbage and recycling bins near every 4 cabins
Easy to access
It was not clean, hair on the bedding, dirt and bugs on the floors
We didn't get to use the outdoor dailies, too cold, but pool would be good if hot
Lack of niceties in cabin, eg no fresh towels even after 8 days, only 1 roll of toilet paper even though staying 8 days and paying the same each night, no hand soap in bunk rooms or hand towels. No sharp knife, no pot big enough to cook pasta etc for a big group.
Nice big cabin that gave us plenty of space to spread out. Great to have undercover parking.
Having to make up kids beds.
We were lucky to get an upgrade to a 3 bedroom cabin. Two toilets and plenty of room for my family of 5. I appreciated the undercover carpark next to the unit and the large outdoor eating area. Plenty of towels and linen. After hours check in was easy.
The bathroom could do with a bit of maintenance. The shower door was a bit difficult to open and close, but that is being picky! It was clean and functional with lots of hot water and good shower pressure.
