Westside Studio Apartments

The place was small, but well appointed. It was exceptionally clean and everything worked, as described.

I would have liked an electric blanket - I tend to get cold at night.

It was great having a fridge and capacity to eat and store my own food there, and freeze up my freezer blocks for the next day's travel. An unexpected bonus!

It was very comfortable and super clean. Attention to detail, with lots of homely touches. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked.

I didn't like that there was no window except for the very high one over the loft, which wasn't accessible. It felt a bit claustrophobic, and you couldn't see what the weather was doing without going out of the building. There was a bit of noise from the neighbouring apartment too, though at least not too late.

Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and hospitable.

Beds were quite hard so a couple stiff backs in the morning. Cutlery could do with an upgrade.

Hard to find when first arriving.We had a disability parking requirement, and the only disability parking spot was always taken up by non-disabled parkers

Strange decorations but great location. Great restaurants close by and no need to go right into town for accommodation. Easy access just off the freeway.

Really well organised. The studio was clean and spacious. Alvin was very pleasant and entry was easy. Everything in the apartment that was needed and very good value for money

Very quiet, convenient access, spacious room

The apartments are quiet, spotless and comfortable. Located behind a small shopping plaza with an array of restaurants,a liquor store, a Hardly Normal and a Domino Pizza outlet

One small problem with the hot water which I only discovered at 5am when I wanted a shower. I didn’t like to call the very helpful manager at that hour so I had a very bracing cold shower which I am led the believe is very good for one

The manager met me after a phone call to him a half hour before my arrival. Very polite and welcoming. I think I was upgraded to a family unit at no extra cost, very comfortable. This was more like a fully self contained unit then a motel room. Had full kitchen and washing machine/dryer provided. Free onsite parking available although uncovered so not wet weather proof. Would gladly book again.

The only little concern was that it was a bit difficult to locate the apartment as it was tucked away behind a commercial store complex. It was necessary drive through a small shopping carpark and down a side easement and around behind another building to find the parking for the apartments. But having found it, the next time I went there entry was not a problem as I now had local knowledge,

A beautifully laid out studio apartment with access to multiple eating establishments, a service station and a liquor outlet. Very secure and quiet area.

Convenient and comfortable.

Quite difficult to find as it was tucked away behind a petrol station with not very clear signage from road. Google maps had us going round in circles before we found it.

Was very cosy and tidy and i loved all the mirrors

It was a bit dark and wish the tv was smart so we could use netflix on it

The staff upgraded me on arrival to a larger room. The apartment felt cosy and with all of the necessities without it feeling like a sterile hotel room.

Property great location, great price and cosy. Family enjoyed it.

Friendly welcome, very comfortable twin room, well appointed kitchenette with supplies, washing machine/dryer, quiet area, close to shops.

It was a cool, funky studio apartment. Super clean. Although the other apartments were occupied, it was quiet. Ultimately it was compact and comfortable.Great communication from host.

I had a problem with the hot water.

Alvin was extremely helpful and even upgraded us into a larger room. The room was spacious and clean. It was well stocked with everything that you need.I would happily recommend it.

The only thing that we can possibly complain about is the bed. Whilst it was lovely for me, my wife was uncomfortable. So this is purely a personal issue.
