Armidale Pines Motel

There was a mix up with booking from another platform and the check-in assistant accommodated our needs with no fuss.

It was a very clean motel and it met our need for a stop on a two day journey

A large apartment and kitchenette included. Walking distance to takeaway food and ALDI for food supplies to self cater.

Clean, large room, comfy bed, central location but not noisy, reception staff were lovely, free laundry facility.

Very warm welcome, nice room excellent location. Very clean and great presentation.

Nothing needs to change. You cannot improve on perfection.

Really good local position, very nice room.

Nothing really but The couch was pretty bad.

Great location, generous room sizes, simply a really comfortable motel to stay.

Some of the lighting could be brighter

We had a beautiful stay here on our trip back to QLD. The room & facilities were immaculately clean, the bathroom was stocked with beautiful local soaps, shampoo & conditioners and bath towels were soft, fluffy and luxe. The lady on reception was so lovely and helpful with local information & advice on the waterfalls. Would highly recommend!

Not very nice or comfortable. I would never stay here again

Smelly room. Rubbish hand soap in bathroom. Not very nice towels. Back window over looked a noisy McDonald’s. Washing machine turned two loads of clothes a different colour with the powder which was provided

Good.

We left our room to have breakfast out prior to check out with the intention to come back before check out for our washing that was in the dryer. During that time our credit card was charged for the key. When we returned before check out this was sorted out and the charge refunded however we felt that a charge should not have been made prior to the check out time.

The family apartment was set out very well with separate tv’s/toilet and shower so it was perfect for sharing. The kitchenette, lounge and dining table were very useful and comfortable. Close to many eateries and pubs.

Very clean and spacious room in a great central town location.

Clean & Tidy, Comfortable in a good location

Welcoming stay at the Armidale Pines Motel—great location at a walkable distance from café and restaurants. Comfortable Double room with great cleaning service.

Best shower for our whole trip. The pressure was amazing. Quick walk to restaurants.

Next to McDonalds.

Convenient location. Good sized rooms.

Basin in ensuite blocked. Staff applied Draino but still blocked. Apart from housekeeping staff emptying rubbish bins could not see anything else done. Bathroom basin wasn't cleaned. Bed not made. We stayed 4 nights. Bathroom floor not very clean. Used bathmat to wipe up spills and mat became very dirty.Fridge and freezer way too small.

Good sized room with lamp over desk to work.

Wrong sized toilet seat.

Location was great. Clean and friendly staff

Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable

Spacious comfortable room, very clean and excellent central location. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet despite being in the centre of town. Staff were friendly & helpful, offered late checkout.
