I was very impressed by the care the managers had taken to make the room comfortable, aesthetically pleasing and catering to people’s needs. So lovely to have a coffee machine! A plunger was also available. The location was wonderful- a lovely part of town and very close to the supermarket!Excellent stay!!!
Friendly and welcoming hosts, great location - right in town and opposite the bowlo (good feed, good beer!)

Location, friendly
Got charged for 3 people when I only booked 2 then booking wanted a surcharge, doing it by phone next time
My mother had to have surgery and was unable to stay in the hospital over night so had to stay with me at the motel and the lovely staff accommodated our needs with short notice and where so helpful, would definitely stay there again, was quite and very peaceful place to stay
The breakfast was lovely, the staff were amazing and I was super comfortable and was able to get alot of my work completed.
It was clean and comfortable with everything needed. The plunger coffee, great selection of biscuits and the milk top up each day was my favourite little touch!
Fabulous location. Friendly staff. Quality breakfast at a great price.
Great location across the road from the Bowling Club. Air freshener in the toilet you don’t see that very often, nice touch. No outside lights on overnight to keep you awake. Very clean, comfy bed, friendly staff would recommend.
Very clean, comfortable and warm room for a frosty winters night in Armidale
Great location. Walking distance to main street, eating and shopping.
Excellent facilities, position was good for access to the town and clubs etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
A dimmable light for nighttime would be appreciated.
Very handy to the city centre, room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Electric blanket was nice.Bowling Club across the road had great chicken schnitzels and roast pork.
The heater/aircon took ages to come to temperature - it was a bit cold but once it got going it was great.
Very welcoming. Great location opposite bowling club with restaurant and just out of CBD, so quiet at night. Room was nicely decorated.
Didn't have breakfast, fine food across the road at the Bowling Club.
Everything was very good and extremely clean
