Clean comfy bed staff helpful.

Water was leaking from around the toilet constantly having a puddle in the bathroom. Think the fridge should be moved from behind the door for easy access..

Comfort, facilities, price

Bathroom floor still had dirt around the edges.Shower cold water tap made a loud tapping/grinding noise so it was very difficult to have a quiet shower at 5.15am before we left for our charity walk.I was concerned that it might wake the people next to us. It was Sunday morning…

Third time staying here. It’s an easy place to find. And the restaurant is one of the best I’ve experienced on the road. Always stay when traveling through Armidale.

Dinner in the restaurant was excellent.

Breakfast overpriced, and limited. Better value down the road.Rooms a little dated.

Location was good. Easy walk to restaurant.

We had asked for a quiet and were placed near the main road. Having said that it wasn't too noisy.

The location was perfect for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Quiet and clean accommodation, short walk to the CBD. The room was clean and tidy although needing carpet cleaning. The bathroom was modern.

The property was fine and we felt it was reasonable value but the hot water was hard to adjust and the carpets needed a proper clean. The staff were ok but not particularly welcoming or friendly

The spa

The tv remote in living area didn't work and air con in bedroom didn't work. Floor needed to be cleaner hair was laying around in bathroom and shower in spa wasp broken

Did not stay for breakfast.

Loose top ro table. Facility is a little tired and run down Dining roo fully booked.

It was A nice quiet room

It needs a deep clean it is the most important aspect of a stay.....clean bathrooms

The bed was comfortable and good hot water. Handy having a restaurant on site. Undercover parking a bonus. Walking distance to town.

Very happy. Very clean. Beds comfortable. Quiet.

Location.

Room was very tired and dark. Could do with a total refresh or at least a repaint. Everything felt old and well used.

The room size was good.

There was a strong scent in the room. We turned on the fan and air con hoping it would reduce but when we went to bed it was like the sheets had been drenched in it. Advised staff on check out.

Great location, large size rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant was only available at night which is a shame but most of the visitors seem to be workers who leave at 6am so understandable that they don’t do breakfast. A positive is that a microwave and toaster are provided as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Well worth staying, great value for money.

Room was spacious with quality furniture and bedding. Bit of a squeeze to access the mini fridge but generous teas/coffees/etc. Very clean and well presented. Staff all very helpful. Restaurant meal and waiter excellent.

Location was great. Dinners in the restaurant were exceptional. We were due to stay just one night and ended up staying for five. Management was most welcoming.

Not too far from city centre

Shower head leaked. Car parks not numbered. Every time we go to a motel, there’s always a bit of grief when you cannot park in front of your unit. If someone is in yours, you park somewhere else, then those people get cranky with you for parking there. Not hard to paint a number.

Clean, tidy and quiet.
