The motel suited our needs, was well located with many fast food outlets in the area along with facilities to prepare a light breakfast or reheat preprepared food.

Probably a plastic bowl to enable washing up dishes other than in the bathroom basin - suggestion rather than negative

Central location and very clean.

Exterior areas need a lot of help.

Lovely manager. Good parking. Rooms have everything you need and are very well maintained and clean.

The BED - It really wasn't great. It was very basic. Really lets the whole room down.Bathroom linen was clean and well presented but they have been over used and almost worn out.I think the owners should invest in new beds and new bathroom linen.

Location was great. Couldn't have been better.

Just some feedback would be that the security lock on the door was broken (though I believe the door still locked automatically), the water pressure in the kitchen was not great, and there was a broken handrail. Obviously none of these issues were a big problem, but more just an FYI for the staff. Otherwise, a really quiet, clean, large-sized apartment that served our needs perfectly. Thank you!

Didn't order breakfast.

Very dated, tired room, different from the photos. It was clean and neat, but a damp smell in the kitchen cupboards, and in the apartment appeared to be from the wet carpet off the bathroom. This must have been flooded by another guest, not the motel's fault but created a damp musty smell which is really off putting. It wasn't expensive, was clean and beds were comfortable but mismatch between photos and actual room is a let down. This is probably one of the oldest rooms. Upon exiting, the open rooms of vacated rooms showed rooms like the photos.

Spacious, plenty of amenities, good bedding, great shower, undercover parking, close to shops and restaurants, easy to find, quiet, everything we needed.

Perhaps a rug on the floor in the living room would be good during cold weather, otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Great location, good bathroom, lovely owners, clean room

The carpet in my room was really stained. My room also had 2 X entry’s, at front and back of room. The back door lock didn’t feel very secure.

Location was great

Overall it was pleasant but the furniture, carpet & rugs had a lot of stains which didn’t make me feel comfortable.

Very clean and tidy. Had obviously had a recent renovation. Parking was on the door which was as per my request due to travelling by bike. The bed was perfectly firm and the pillows were very good. Hotels and fast food were all within a close walking distance, so location was perfect. Very friendly and obliging owner. Would definitely stay here again when going through Armidale

Everything was perfect

Breakfast not applicable. Location very convenient to local restaurants.

Deluxe Queen room not as deluxe as expected. No balcony, sofa, patio or oven. Snoring could be heard from an adjacent room.

We stayed here recently while in town for a wedding, and it worked out really well for us. The weather threw us a curveball, and we needed to extend our stay. Luckily, the owners were super easy to deal with and helped us sort everything out quickly. The room was comfortable and clean, exactly what we needed. They definitely took good care of us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay if you’re in the area.

Great welcome by Staff, top location and very comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful despite being near a main road. Recommend this place!

Good location.

Very small room with nowhere to put anything. Only one mug & one cup, one champagne glass & no cereal bowls. Over bed lights had no bulbs, lighting very poor. Pretty sure it was only a double bed, certainly felt like it?

Very clean and comfortable . Location good.

Toilet was too small, showering was difficult without hitting doors walls.

Staff were lovely

Only half the lights worked in room.Hot water system was very loud banging noise at times made it difficult to sleep.

Have stayed here before they have really nice rooms but that doesn't include them all.

The ongoing dilemma between direct or book online, some embrace online booking and some accept it but do everything to discourage you from doing it.

Disappointing.. Will need a major refurb before we’d stay again

Very shabby. Bathroom not cleaned properly. Bad smell of mould throughout. Mould in the shower. Lights with no switches. Bathroom exhaust fan broken.

Great location 500 metres from pubs McDonald’s and cafe.

We love the location, so handy for everything we need. Our room was nice and fresh and appears to have been updated since our last visit. Nice and quite and we had a good restful sleep.
