City Centre Motel Armidale

our rate included a well prepared continental breakfast which was perfect for a quick/early departure

a ground floor room was preferred but not available as we arrived quite late at 8PM. parking was good

The property was clean and fresh, the rooms are just like the published pictures. Inside is brand new and comfortable. EV Charging.

The fridge making a loud noises every hour through the night.

Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable but the room was nicer than expected. There was some kind of weird noise in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was an animal or just the noises made by a settling building.

The bed could have been much better and the cafe was closed. There were a lot of male workers, maybe road crew. I was a female alone and a bit uncomfortable.

Rooms were very neat and tidy. Looks like it's recently renovated. Very good for value with breakfast included.

The location was great, clean and modern room and great shower.

Very average.

1. Very limited continental breakfast. No one in attendance initially and when someone appeared, it looked like she had just got out of bed.2. Windy night and font door rattled. Had to make a wedge out of paper to stop it banging and keeping us awake.

The room was a good size and comfortable. Free breakfast is good although limited.

Wifi signal was poor in my room this time. Was not bad last time.

Very nice clean room. comfortable bed, small size bathroom but clean and with all accessories needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Light breakfast was a bonus

The room was very well equipped and modern.

The poor condition of the outside of the motel [eg cracked/missing tiles on stairs, tiles stacked in the carpark, gardens not well maintained], detracted from the motel and in some cases were a safety issue. The free continental breakfast was very basic.

Whilst the room was fairly basic it was clean and close to everything. We were very surprised at quality of the breakfast which was included. It was more that reasonable for a continental breakfast. There was plenty of choice with cereal, pancakes, muffins, all different types of toast, yoghurt, juices, tea and coffee. The lady serving breakfast was extremely attentive and helpful also. On site off street parking was included.

Looks like the rooms have been recently renovated and improved they look amazing I love the style very comfortable and clean. I even got a free breakfast for 2 amazing value for the price I paid.

central location and ease of check in and check outrenovated bathrooms

very limited breakfast optionstv channels were also limited to free to air only

Photos of the room looked fabulous, looked like it had a proper renovation, everything looked new and clean. It was a nice touch having a continental breakfast supplied in the breakfast room.

The photos although true were better than the actual room, it was like half a renovation had been done or just an on the surface facelift. The bathroom was disappointing, the tap was verging on useless, looked terrible and wobbled continuously when using it, felt like it was going to come off the vanity it was that loose. (See photo) The painting on the wall was stuck with blue tac! The skirtingboard in bedroom area was filthy.

Bed was comfy room clean and close to town centre. Perfect for our single night stop.

Conveniently located within the town centre, and the room has been tastefully renovated with modern fittings.

Extremely good value and great location. Clean rooms, renovated bathroom. Included continental breakfast was good.

Fridge was in bad need of defrosting.

Nice clean room, good bed, good bathroom, and very quiet. It has 8 EV charging stations at the back of the car park, making it ideal for an overstay for EV owners. They also provide a continental breakfast included in the price.

Room was a bit small, but adequate for our needs

Location was great, beautifully renovated room and super comfy bed

Good breakfast included

Only instant coffee with breakfast. Room servicing not great

Clean room good breakfast and great position.
