New England Motor Inn

Quiet location

Convenient location

Should be 3.5 star and tariff should be $----. Didn't really live up to expectations

Comfortable and clean. Pleasant host at reception. Free beverage was a bonus. We were able to add an extra night after encountering car problems.

No complaints.

Good location, close to everything that we needed.

Perhaps, something worth considering is, checking the condition of the rooms. Noticed that the plaster in the bathroom had some cracks, possibly due to water damage. Just looked a little unslightly.

Great location close to town, comfortable bed, nice hot shower, clean & tidy,, loved free drinks on arrival,

Every thing great

Great service, good communication with Lee. Clean property. Good bathroom. Good value. Would stay again.

Everything was good except the bed was terrible

The bed was terrible, way too hard, like sleeping on the floor, needed some sort of mattress topper or new better quality mattress

Welcoming, friendly staff.Room was spacious and clean.Perfect location to suit our needs.

The very comfortable seating was much appreciated, both chairs and a small lounge! The bed was excellent as was the bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay and the central location. We received complimentary drinks each upon arrival, which was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

2 bedroom unit was perfect for overnight stay with family Very clean, bathroom looked new and we were offered a free drink each

The lounge probably needs updating as we sank into the cushions

Great location, close to the bowling club, shops and visitor centre. Bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. Friendly staff.

A lot of road workers were staying at this motel. They were all quiet and polite, but were smoking outside next door to our room. As a non smoker, it is annoying.

Complimentary drink offered when checking inVery friendly staffGreat locationTidy and clean

I like the location and the rooms were very clean.

Too many lamps it only need a low light for night time.Otherwise everything was excellent. Thank you very much.

Location. Check in was easy. Room very cleanBathroom was fresh and fit for purpose

The Bed was old and not very comfortable. The hairdryer on the wall must have come out of the ark. It was old, useless and unsafe.Decor very outdated and sad.Parking was very tight.

Very clean and comfortable. Also very quiet considering the location

Shower wasn’t very powerful

Close to restaurants and pubs as well as coffee shops. Very clean

Was a good spot for my needs, next to the bowling club, room was OK, clean and tidy, bathroom, had a microwave toaster and kettle, plates and small cups

Had an issue with the shower, it was loose and kept dropping down but was fixed when I told the office. Also had a problem with aircon drain leaking. did not get fixed

great location, very reasonably priced, clean facilities, friendly staff

the property itself wasn't secure with anyone walking past able to access to carpark and common areas

Being greeted with a complimentary drink and not having to wait around was great. My room booking details were already printed out waiting for confirmation signature and the man who served me was very polite.

The early morning wake up of other guests standing outside our room talking noisily was not. I had to get up and ask them to please keep it down.
