Moore Park Inn

It was a lovely room and very comfortable bed, with lovely view outside our room, staff were very friendly and helpful, off the main road and very quiet, but not far from town.

Friendly and helpful hosts. Rural location was quiet which suited me. Out of town Centre but near airport.

Cooked breakfast was good, although could have been hotter.

Beautiful Quaint location tucked back into a little residential dirt road. Landscape is beautiful & the breakfast was really great, had poached egg, sauted mushrooms & grain toast. And husband got their bacon & had nice thick fresh pieces. They also give very fresh cream and brownies on arrival. Also loved the shower water pressure!! Like a massage! But most of all is if you are up early enough the neighborhood dog sprinting around the perimeter, chasing ducks, and doing laps living his/her best life at full sprint wind through there hair. We are from the states so also enjoyed all the birds, and seeing a roo early in the morning hooping through. Staff also very sweet!

the room was spacious, comfortable and clean with parking right out front of door.

I stayed here with my family of 5 which meant we got to stay in the old homestead part which was lovely. The room had just received an upgrade with a new air-conditioning unit and the heating was very welcome! We just needed somewhere for 1 night on our way from Brisbane down to the Hunter Valley and the Inn was not far off our route. It was also not far at all into Armidale for plenty of food options; I can recommend Burger Bulls and Goldfish Bowl Bakery! Such a beautiful spot, very picturesque, would happily stay here again.

The only thing I really needed was a cooktop as I had dietary requirements that meant I needed to prepare some food for myself. It did have a microwave and a fridge but it felt a little awkward to wash up dishes in the bathroom. It was fine for a 1 night stay though.

Room 36, probably one of the best showers I've ever had. Exceptional!

The amount of towels left for us was low.

Moore Park Inn is idyllic- a lovely place to stay while travelling. Beautiful grounds and staff.

I wish the restaurant was open or at least a bar option so that I could curl up by the fireplace.

We always enjoy our stay at Moore Park Inn. It was beautiful gesture providing us with the most delicious brownies on check in after a long drive. It’s a lovely and peaceful place in every season - this time in autumn.

Comfy, clean room. Good location for us. The exhaust fan that came on with the light made the bathroom cold.

The historic building housing the reception area and breakfast room is delightful. Being five minutes from town the setting is picturesque and tranquil. There are views of the lovely grounds and countryside out of the picture windows in the bedrooms. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the spacious rooms and having the lounge chairs and chair at the bench and crockery and cutlery which made it easy to eat in the room. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast in the lovely dining room. The breakfast options were excellent (continental to cooked options) and good value and the service efficient and very friendly. We have stayed in many places over the years when visiting Armidale and we will be returning to this one. We decided to stay an extra night because we thought it was so lovely.

Spacious comfortable room. Lovely garden setting. Good lighting. Would definitely recommend.

Property was great, staff was friendly and helpful. The homemade brownies to have with coffee/tea was a nice touch. The main driveway entrance was a little hard to see, we arrived later in the evening. Great stay for overnight, would recommend to others.
