Everything about the room Bed the worst I’ve ever slept in for twenty years , It was advertised as luxury elite , the night before in scone I paid half as much for extreme comfort at a motel , quiet, very good beds …. Your place noisy , electric blanket had broken exposed wiring - No under blanket - and plastic sheets

great value, i paid nearly double for a room in Darwin last week, the one in Darwin did not provide a toaster, microwave, knives& forks, the Elite did

Great location, microwave and toaster in the room were very handy but towels were starting to fray and the shower was in need of a deep clean

Room was good and had all the necessary facilities. Steam iron was great.

Unfortunately it wasn't that quiet as it was a ground floor Room. So there was quite a lot of early morning (5am) noise from other occupants leaving.

Pleasant

The rooms were very dated and not very clean - dead insects and lots of thick dust on blinds and window sills. The bathroom was dated but clean.

The gardens at the side and back led to ovals and a lovely walkway over a little creek. Very scenic.

The communal undercover furniture was a bit dated.

The location and that it had a microwave and utensils. I have special dietary requirements and was able to provide my own food.

The horrendous smell in the room and the filthy venetians and bathroom. We had to ask for tea bags, they weren't refilled after the previous people. When we told the person at reception about the horrible smell, his solution was to hand me a bottle of air freshner!! Very poor customer service. There was no one at reception when we went to check out, at 8am, to voice our disappointment. We had stayed here once before when we were in Armidale for business and never had any problems. We had to wash the few clean clothes that were left in our luggage when we arrived home as they smelt just as horrible as our room.

Very clean and comfortable good shower very close to town.

Comfortable and spacious room. Car park space outside your room door. Tea, coffee, biscuits and fridge all provided.

Nothing in particular. Had to ask for our complimentary milk but that wasn’t a problem.

Location and I stay there on my travels through

There was dried blood on the reception door handle & buzzer when we arrived… turn the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly, there were no towels and thick dust on the walls. The lounge arm rest in the room was filthy… whole room needs a good clean

Lovely management, very close to a really good pub, really nice town.

Staff very friendly, ample supplies, great location.

Staff were very nice and helpful

2 level complex and someone upstairs was stomping on the floor until late.

The staff were excellent. I had trouble with the laundry and the staff did it for me. The property needs some work, painting etc but overall we were very happy. A 2 minute walk to town and could accommodate both our cars.

The wooden stairs need maintenance and the tiles on the upstairs balcony were chipped.

Coockroachez crawling up the wall and smell.of sewage through the room , I had family emergency and wasn't offered a refund before close day and beds r very rock hard and itchy white little creatures in there beds Not good for anyone tbh

Open rubbish bin at bottom of outside stairs and no clear marking on bin for recycling
