Westwood Motor Inn

From the greeting we received on arrival, until we left I can't fault this Hotel. Definitely stay there again. Loved the experience.

I liked the location and the pleasant surroundings at the rear of the accommodation away from the main road.

Nothing comes to mind. The facilities matched my expectation of the circa 1970's of this establishment.

Gets better with each visit. Excellent location. Homely and comfortable.

Lightbulb out in my room on arrival and internet very slow.

Fantastic location, clean and very quiet

Just a bit dated, the air conditioning was very noisy and shower fluctuated in temperature.

Location was great, close to the CBD. Room was very clean and comfortable

We'd thought that the room would be cleaned & bed made each day

the property is very well maintained and clean, conveniently located, the rooms are excellent and have everything you need and the staff are so welcoming and helpful!

Close to town. Service was good, very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, especially the bathroom. Having a smart TV was good to be able to watch streaming services.

last minute booking and was made to feel very welcome. Very clean, lovely owners and very comfortable..

all was great

I loved the proximity to the shopping, est outlander friendly, efficient staff.

The BMW parked in the drive through

clean comfortable well appointed. ?

Smell in the bathroom …? drain

disappointing

didn’t like dodgy electrical work beside bed and sewer smell in bathroom. both of which may nothave been manager’s fault but they should have known .also no working a/c was not in their favour, again possibly not their fault but as a tradie I have doubts.bed was also soft and sagging into the middle not very comfortable

Great shower, very comfortable, good room layout

everything, clean, comfortable, warm

Melinda is great to deal with and very helpful in accommodating myself and our employee's. Great location and great place to stay.

Walking distance to centre of town, park right out the front of the room, cosy, comfy and clean and lovely down to earth hosts. Just right ?

I liked reception on arrival and was very happy with accommodation. Room was spacious, very clean and facilities excellent

Given its age very well maintained, and there was nothing that Prompted anything of a negative nature

Staff were friendly and serviced daily. Good amenaties

There was an odd odour in the bathroom, sort of a sulfurous smell

Room in better condition than other budget places. Large and proper shower cubicle, instant hot water. Great, central location plus my room was very quiet. Easy parking and friendly reception.

Mattress is probably due for a renewal. A bar heater would be quieter than a/c heating.

It was neat tidy and clean, Melinda was wonderful and it was lovely to have that extra email.

The owners of the property went out of there way to prepare our rooms for our late arrival. The family room was excellent, with all the modern facilities, Nothing was overlooked. I highly recommend staying at this property. I know I will next time I return to Armidale.

There was nothing to not like about this property
