Location, Dog friendly with their own little grasses and fenced outdoor area. Close to Diggers RSL for a meal.

An obvious oversight by the cleaning staff: NO cutlery in the room. Had to eat our salads with fingers. Not ideal. Rang caretakers not able to deliver cutlery until the next morning.

True pet friendly with a little fenced yard outside for the dogs. Broom & dustpan to clean up any sand or pet fur. Clean, comfortable and next door to RSL which serves excellent food & a walk away from innumerable eateries.

The security chain on the sliding door not long enough to use for dogs to get in and out whilst sleeping but understandable security risk if too long.

Everything we needed for a stopever with 2 small children and a dog. Plenty of parking, private fenced yard for the dog to go outside and quiet but close location to everything.

Great room for travelling with a pet. Small adjacent courtyard and dog dowels and poo bags. Despite no staff on site check in and check out is easy and quick. While not luxurious (somewhat what dated in appearance) the key things work well i.e. comfy bed, clean fresh sheets, strong hot water. Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so on my trips from Sydney to Brisbane and back.

Not much unfortunately, we left a night early as we didn't enjoy our stay. Only good thing was probably the wifi and Diggers RSL right across the road

No staff on site, very overpriced considering its half an hour out of Coffs Harbour. Had a gecko and cockroaches in our room. The cutlery was not too clean. Duck's swimming in the pool so it's basically a duck pond, not swimmable. Walls are paper thin, could hear the neighbor snoring. We had 2 rooms and one had a modern TV with netflix and Prime, the other room had an old tv with no streaming options. Sorry , I think you have overpriced your accommodation for what it offers.

A good motel for a nights stay. Pet friendly with a little fenced enclosure off the room. We didn't need it, but it was handy for anyone travelling with a pet. Great location to walk across the road to the RSL club.

Good size, nicely furnished and comfortable. Having the fenced dog space was really appreciated.

The room was spacious and comfortable, being able to have a yard area for our assistance dog was great.

There were ants on the bench (a couple when we arrived but a lot in the morning) and we had throw away sealed food which was frustrating. There were also a few ants in one of the beds. We ended up having to change clothes on the road as there were ants in the clothes we had put out the night before.

Truly Pet friendly, actually set up properly for your pet so that they have somewhere to be outdoors without a lead unlike some motels that claim pet friendly but have no facilities for your canine friend to be in to go to the toilet or just be outdoors without the lead.

Cigarette smoke from smokers staying in neighbouring rooms drifting straight into our room when we had the sliding door open watching our dog playing outside.

great location, very neat and tidy rooms, and the staff were amazing.

Spacious, comfortable room, bed comfy, nice outdoor areas, convenient location across the street from the diggers club for dinner. Contactless check in was quick and easy, although lacked the personal feel.

Felt a little strange not having any contact with staff the whole time, but it was very efficient.

The room reeked like dog urine..it had 2 dog bowl in the little court yard..i understand that it is advertised as dog friendly…you shouldnt book customers without a dog in these rooms..it was extremely bad..

Location was great. Diggers across the street Would have liked foxtel as it rained quite a lot

We liked the ability to come and stay with our dog. The yard (in theory) attached to the room is a great bonus, and the only thing that made us pick this hotel.

When we stayed it rained most of the time. It was very difficult keeping the room clean with a mud puddle for a back yard. There were not extra towels, or anything to keep our dog clean. That made it a bit stressful. We also had a call from the hotel because some guest complained our dog was home alone. Which it wasn't, as I was with it. Heaven forbit it was barking at the nosy neighbour sticking their head in our yard to see why the dog was barking.

Great location, roomy, rear patio, great bed, well maintained.

Bathroom was clean and functional, but not very modern...needs updating/renovating soon.

Location was good with club over the road which served excellent meals

I love this motel when traveling with my pup. The pet rooms have a small back yard so my dog can go out when she wants. The accommodation is basic but comfortable and unlike the pet rooms in other hotels, the rooms are spacious.

Second time I have stayed here.Perfect for a one night stay when travelling. Clean and comfortable, RSL across the road which was good.The reason why I didn't give it a 10 was the price, more than what I usually pay for one night, however if there are 2 people it is reasonable.

Ok. There is no shelter over car port. It was pouring with rain when we were leaving so difficult to pack car and get in

Despite recent modern revamp still lingering old cigarette smell. Need some nice scent spray or scent sticks.
