Cons -
- Bunk beds were not made when we booked for 4 people. Unit was not very clean. Not enough crockery for 4 people. One cake of soap for 4 people was not adequate.
- Only one airconditioner for the whole unit. No aircon in the two bedrooms and only one room had an overhead fan.Internet was very poor, one bar on Optus and Telstra. Resort wifi also only had one bar. Often could not connect.
- Very cold without heater.

The location was absolutely amazing - having the wildlife on your doorstep and the beach a short walk away was so good. I sat and had a coffee on the porch in the morning and had a curious kangaroo hop up to me before hopping away (just don't feed them!), a beautiful moment. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The reception staff had organised our check-in as reception was closed when we arrived, all we had to do was pick up our keys from the lock box and follow the map to our cabin. We only stayed for a night on our way up the coast, and it worked well for us.
The cabin felt tired and was in definite need of a refurbishment - the glass ceiling in the bathroom was cracked in several places and the light switch was damaged. The cabin just felt unclean - I walked through the cabin wearing new white socks and within 30 minutes they were filthy. I ended up wearing my crocs inside. The walls next to the beds were unclean and needs a good coat of paint.
Quiet, affordable and close to beach
Curtains or blinds missing in some rooms for privacy, needs a little bit of maintenance done to fans which were clunky and loud

Villa cold, heating inadequate. Not very clean. Very worn.
Location of our cabin, beautifully quiet next to the lake and close to the beach. All we needed was provided. We had a very comfortable stay.
The quiet atmosphere and clean walls
Drains in front of the chalets
The villa was clean and had everything we needed. We loved the pool and the little playground. The hot tub was also really nice. Our son loved seeing the kangaroos hopping around!
Brilliant location with easy access to the beach. Very peaceful.
Numerous lights not working. Ceiling fan switch in main bedroom faulty.
The only good thing in that property is letting us check in before 2pm. We were able to check in at around 1:40PM.
It is the worst caravan park we’ve been EVER!!! There’s so many bad things about that caravan park.1. When we arrived, a cabin that’s not properly cleaned welcomed us. There was dirt on the floor, used tissue on the floor in one of the rooms, the couch was disgustingly stained and they didn’t even bother cover it with anything. When we complained to the manager, she just said “the couch needs to be changed” as it looks really bad as is. Functional but disgusting. We had to request to get the cabin cleaned again and to do something about the couch. They covered it with white blanket and they mopped the floor again but with used brown water.2. You’ll have to bring some cooking stuff with you. There was no chopping board, pan and some other cooking items you’ll need. You have to be resourceful. Good thing we brought stuff with us.3. The “manager” was VERY RUDE!!!! We stayed there as a group, 6 adults and 5 kids. We booked 2 cabins but when it’s meal time, we stayed in 1 cabin to cook and eat and to spend time together especially the kids. Kids being kids (2,3,6,8 and 10 years old), they will get loud when having fun. Apparently, the manager was staying next to our cabin and complained about us being “SO” loud and it was not even 10pm. We do respect the people around us and we do tell the kids to refrain from screaming but she was overly sensitive and was monitoring us all the time like a KAREN.4. If you’re travelling as a group and you’ll need 2 cars, better look elsewhere as they will only allow 1 car to be parked inside and you’ll have to park the other car near the pool or outside the boom gate. The rude manager gave us a glare when we tried to park in a vacant spot beside our cabin and complained even though we just arrived from discovering places and we have stuff to bring inside our cabin. It was also drizzling and we have a toddler with us. She was saying they are “fully booked” and someone will arrive in the spot we just park late at night all the time.
The location was perfect as it was close to Corindi Beach where friends were staying. The other aspects we loved was access to the place and the grounds were beautiful. It had a special attraction for me as there were so many birds to enjoy. There was nothing negative for us.

Wonderful location, only 5min walk to beach. The swimming pool and spa are great. Kids were very excited about kangaroos hopping around.
The rail on upper bunkbeds isn't safe, not high enough.
Very generous sized cabins. The set up of the park you didn’t feel like you were very close to the other cabins. Clean and comfortable and very big bathroom. Close to town. Bed was comfortable.
In main bedroom broken and warped blind can see in from the outside if someone was walking past. Maybe curtains on the bedroom windows the blinds let a lot of light in. Other than that it’s was pretty good.
Excellent surroundings. Peaceful and quiet. Lovely lake. Tennis court, pool , basket ball and ? Volley net and equipment. Easy checkin and out. Close to beach. Cabin comfortable. Lots of birds. Had an amazing stay. Thankyou.
The blinds in my villa bedroom were broken. Dust on painted bed wall. All blinds were dirty and needed a good clean or dust. Some of the crockery was dirty. Also front room curtain off rails. Tap in bathroom leaking.
Quiet location near the beach. Nice grounds and lovely pool, although it was too cold to swim when we visited. We would like to come back in the summer and try the pool out.
Poor wifi internet signal and patchy phone service inside the cabin. Although this is not the fault of Lorikeet - but is actually an issue for all the small townships and localities around Coffs Harbour. Telstra and Optus need to provide better coverage to regional NSW, and the goverment needs to improve the NBN also.
Access to beach, pool with spa, playground.
The fridge was malfunctioning and spoiled most of our food stored in the fridge. Roadside drains were full of stagnant water with moulds forming. The living room lights were constantly flickering making it very uncomfortable for eyes.
The wildlife was stunning, quiet park with very comfortable accommodation.
The pool area was lovely, easy access for the beach and quiet location.
The cabin was lovely overall, the tv channels mostly did not work, needed more plastic bags and dishwasher tablets and an updated plan and knives.
Great for family with one room with queen bed and second room with a single and a bunk (3beds). It had a full kitchen, dining table, two seater lounge and balcony with outdoor table and chairs. The pool looked lovely and it had a tennis court too.
It was a little old. If you wanted pristine, this is not for you. The longe was old and not comfortable.
