Cons -
- Only things I’d suggest would be better pillows and some bowls in the room for cereal etc
- Nothing. It was convenient right on the highway but also very quiet
- The bathroom was a bit dirty and would be hard to navigate if you were a larger person (a little awkward getting around the sink to get in the shower with the bathroom door closed). The mugs had dark tea stains in them which was off-putting. There was no soap provided in the bathroom.

The gentleman at reception was really lovely and friendly. The place itself is dated but, very clean and well equipped. They even made us a meal which was awesome.
Nothing. It was convenient right on the highway but also very quiet
The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels were fluffy and new. We were offered dinner soon after arrival. The pool looked fantastic, but it had been a long day, so we didn't end up using it. The air conditioner was new and did a great job cooling the room after a hot day. It was nice and quiet too. We slept well after a long day of driving (from QLD), which prepared us well for the next day of driving (to VIC).The Manager called ahead to enquire about our check-in time, met us on arrival, and called after we'd checked out (as we left very early) to ask whether we enjoyed our stay.

Staff very friendly, comfortable and good location.
Easy walk to town
Room was ok , we were a bit shocked when we arrived as the complex photos on line are nothing like what we saw
Conveniently located and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but dated.
The motel is tired, dated. Rodent baits outside the rooms is not a good look. Rubbish around the grounds and gardens untidy and neglected.
Perfect little weekend stay for the state touch comp. A lil outside of Dubbo, but had everything to make a comfortable stay. The rooms had everything we needed, the kids got to cool down by the pool. The bbq area was nice and big to accomodate a few of us. The main positive comment would be the lovely couple that worked there, they made sure we had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy the weekend. Always came out when we arrived home to see if there was anything we needed, right up until we went to bed, even offered dinner. Very kind and accommodating. Will defs be back.
Nothing to fault.
The hotel was old and quaint but clean, comfy beds, good towels, TV was a good size and the air conditioning was excellent quality for the hot conditions.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.Beds were comfortable.
The air conditioner dripped water. The sliding door to bathroom was difficult to manoeuvre and got stuck, so we weren’t able to use it. There were bugs in the room and that came to life when the lights got turned off. Luckily there was bug spray in the room to use.
Clean and well appointed
Wi-fi access
Great small motel in a nice rural town. The staff is very friendly and the motel offers good accommodation for a fair price.
older style motel but who needs flash facilities. compfy bed ,very clean and nice clean smell in room. Quiet even on highway.
not much as i do not require fancy stuff .
comfortable beds manager was very friendly and helpful.
could use a new shower head.
Bad
The room was dirty, the rubbish bin top was not clean, the bathroom had mould and the shower door got stuck and I could not get out of shower and my husband had to open it from the outside. There was no milk or water in fridge ? and the tea bags were not in sealed packets. To top it off the power went off at 9am with no notice in the room. When we arrived at Motel the office was closed so I had to ring the motel owner to check in and he just directed me to where the key was to get into our room. The whole stay in this Motel was disgusting.
friendly staff spotless room
no breakfast available
Nothing much to like. Overpriced for this Motel.
The rooms were small. The toilet and shower area was so small you just about had to go into other room to turn around.
Nothing I did like except for the convenience of waking up closer to my kids sport matches; it was absolutely dreadful, have gone to the point of telling everyone I know this also.
Was told there was two bunk beds in the room as that’s what the description clearly said prior to booking, even emailed and asked to confirm and they said yes. When we arrived there was a queen bed and a bunk bed in the room, which my 5 children obviously weren’t gunna fit in. Was a big song and a dance to get them to fix this and they argued the point with me until I was crying, got right in my face and yelled and pointed and waved their arms around, I was extremely intimidated and felt myself closing my fist to get ready to punch him in the head, so I had to walk away. No empathy, no respect, no accountability for their mistakes; completely and utterly complacent. To top it all off when I was loading my kids and belongings into my car in the morning he came running out and begged me to give him a good review! I literally cannot believe the circus that is being ran here. Mattress was like a concrete slab in a holding cell, the tv didn’t work at all to drown out the sound of the highway and the heater in one of the rooms also didn’t work.
a place to stay in a cold winter night
bathroom is so small…andbedsheets are not hotel standards washed
