Want to appreciate the staff... in front desk, restaurant and housekeeping But there is only so much they can do when management doesn't make investments to improve the facilities

At the time of room booking, there was no mention that the hotel staff will not give any room to the local ID, but when I booked the room online and went to check in, they said that local ID is not allowed.

The kitchen menu was quite limited, perhaps due to a new cooking staff. The rooms were a little old and some minor work may be needed in the bathroom.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We only stayed for two nights but on the second day they asked us whether we needed clean towels. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The guy at the reception called me a taxi for a fair rate.

Not much to complain about!

Reception Staff—very bad behavior They blame us regarding the bed cover—if you are scared of the bed cover, please close the hotel.

A/C was not good

It was a nice modern hotel. The showers were actually hot. The location near the bus station was helpful .

Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. Nice restaurant, although without alcohol (you can go for beer about 500 meters away). Excellent breakfast.

The acoustics in the atrium are not very good, especially when there are children running around late at night or early in the morning.

Breakfast spread was good. Location is decent.

The hotel forces you to eat food from the hotel. Towels are dirty. Rest is ok
