Smoking room, small bathroom, everything gets wet with shower

Horrible experience

The room stinks, the lift smells horrible....the bathroom tiles are broken....it is congested.....the shower area is in between the comod and basin....it makes the whole bathroom wet....the fittings are all coming off...the ac unit is on the window...u can not keep the curtain closed....overall horrible experience....

Food was good.

Washroom was not cleaned.Bed mattress was in bad condition.Fan was running on full speed. Its regulator was not working.

Cleanliness of the rooms, quality of the breakfast is very poor. THough the overall quality of the attached restaurant food is good, But pictures which are shown in the website are completely miss leading, hotel is not at all value for money considering he amenities which are provided within the room. It is extremely poor. If the room is available within ₹1000 then it would be better option.

Room was clean but passage was stinking

Room and bathroom were clean. Location is very good. Near to the main road, bus and train station.

There was a AC and it was on but not working. That makes the room very suffocated.

Food is very good...staff behavior also very good.

Room size is still okay. But bathroom is very very small.

The WiFi was not accessible in the room i.e 4 th floor, noisy AC. Also the room shown in the ad was not what I got ended up paying extra as the one booked was way too small.

The room was not clean .More over Soap and handwash were missing. Also the rooms were found lacking privacy .

Nobody cares in this hotel for the customers

After calling 10 times no wifi password given, no plates were sent and during checkout no one came when the reception said they would send someone and no one came.

Telling lies with smoothly by the management (desk , a boy,)n the manager (about the cab price)

Manager cheat us took 2500 for car rental where as give1500 to driver.

HOT WATER AVAILABILITY- NOT SO GOOD.THREE DAYS CONTINUOUSLY- THE GUESTS HAD TO SHOWER IN COLD WATER DUE TO URGENCY FOR MEETINGS.BUCKET SUPPLY OF HOT WATER- WAS ADMITTEDLY SLOW BY STAFFS.KINDLY DO NOT DEPEND UPON SOLAR WATER HEATING SYSTEM, RESORT TO REGULAR ELECTRIC OR ALTERNATE SOLUTION TO SAVE TIME OF GUESTS IN MORNINGS.

The hotel is a located at great place hotel's rooms are Very Nice and food also so delicious & Yummy

Hotel's cable connection is very poor

Now it's looking good. After this management change its looking new. Clean and well maintained. Renovated newly. Fabulous ambience . Mr. Arup , GM was really very helpful. I recommend this hotel to all
