Barsana Hotel & Resort Siliguri

Swimming pool was not operative even upto 9AM. We have been told that it opens at 7 AM. At breakfast the staffs were very casual and late to serve hot even within small nos of guest

There was some AC water leaking from the ceiling And could not sleep well because it was disturbing

Very well maintained property. Large rooms with good amenities.

The air coming out of AC vent had a strange odour of some cleaning material.

The breakfast stuff - grumpy, unhappy, serving food on table with their left hand. The manager was scolding the staff in front of guests. Clearly no proper training.

At night someone knock at my door many times and the pool are under maintenance and the change did not give correctly

Great location, the hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. They made sure we had a comfortable stay. The staff was available 24hrs. The food was great as well.

Everything was great during our stay.

As I needed to reach airport on time not to miss my flight due to Siliguri's traffic jam. This hotel is in the right location to reach the airpot on time.

WIFI needs to improve. It doesn't work.

Good sized and clean rooms. Bathroom toiletries nicePool is nice size, 10m. Gym well stocked

Pool closes at 1830. It's too early.No cutlery in the room.Quite strict on no outside food in hotel.

Non-Veg Restaurant is a bit expensive... I ordered Ballentine 2 pegs ... They charged me 1500 although menu card was showing 375 per peg ... Then they told me it was 30ml for 375 which was not mentioned in the menu... Otherwise good restaurant .

We stayed for a night while going to Darjeeling. Hotel is located near NH at Matigara, outskirts of Siliguri.Rooms are moderately good size and spacious attached bath with bathtub. Mr. Shivshankar Sarkar the Manager was very helpful and all staffs are always With a smiling face and always ready for help. There is a pool but we didn't have time to venture. Nice hotel. Will recommend anyone as it's value for money.

All good ..... but if Non veg option also available will have been better. But it's ok.

Well appointed, neat and clean

Front desk not responsive. Room intercom not functional despite repeated complaints Over charging: despite coffee and sandwich provided by f and B , in lieu of free breakfast. Front desk insisted on extra payment and never returned the change.No response by management to my messages sent through booking. Com regarding banking details.

The receptionist are so dull n unwelcoming,it’s too cost controlling hotel,bad service

The location it is in the outside of city and you will hardly get Ola and uber from this location and u have to ask the hotel for car.

A great breakfast in a beautiful room. Rooms are pretty and spacious. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Parking could be little bit better

Nothing I did like it’s just convenient for airport so I stayed.

Room was dusty condition of washroom was very bad and substandard. Had to call many time for the connection of wifi. They have given me the least room of the hotel . I would not recommend any one. I would suggest four vedas or else Sarovar ramada.
