The room was shoddy, the sheets were dirty, the toilet jet didn't work, the commode was broken. I pity the owner who doesn't take good care of this hotel at all. It could have been a below average hotel if the owner and the manager had shown some interest. But this is just a money making machine for the owner who spends guests' hard-earned money to treat his wife/girlfriend to fancy cocktails (as seen in his WhatsApp dp). AND PLZ DON'T FALL FOR THE PROPERTY NAME. THERE IS NO RIVER BY THE SIDE OF THIS RATHOLE. THERE IS ONLY A DIRTY CANAL THAT PRODUCES MOSQUITOES. Seriously, do yourself a favour, pay a few extra bucks and get yourself at least a decent hotel that is dignified enough for a night's stay.

Bed and blanket was not clean .(a lots of dog's fur was there).my children are allergic to pets fur.So I suffered a lot. This is not expected...

Gyzer not working and no one was available in early morning whom we can ask to rectify. Also rooms are too small and kind of so so... Yes it's cheap but.... Few things don't need money to improve

The place is pretty far from city centre Siliguri. Also there was lot of mosquitoes. Water had some brown color.

There should be towel rod and cloth hanging hooks in bathroom. Generator facility should be there.
Location is on main road but still it is peaceful .no noise no disturbance
