Good was tolerable

The location The town of Siliguri is pathetic and so rundown U feel that u went back in time 40 years .. This hotel though felt like an oasis in a real JUNK town

We had a wonderful stay at Courtyard by Marriott Siliguri.The breakfast was fantastic with a wide menu and live counters for dosa, omelets, and fresh juices. A special thanks to Chef Mr. Subhomay Sarkar, who prepared special dishes for us like Chital Mach Muitha and Mug Dal—absolutely delicious. The team also arranged a small farewell, which was a very thoughtful gesture.The room was spacious, located on the 9th floor, and offered a great view. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The dinner buffet was also very good, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable throughout the stay.Overall, a comfortable, warm, and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Transport:One point for improvement is transport services. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a dedicated driver with a car for local travel. The driver should be familiar with nearby locations and be more friendly and helpful, which would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Supreme comfort and service. Beautiful pool. Many breakfast choices. Wonderful top floor restaurant. Very comfortable beds and nice bedding.

Liked everything

Wonderful stay at the Courtyard. We had a fun time at the terrace restaurant. Also the buffet spread was amazing and sumptuous. The staff was very helpful and extremely cordial. Had a wonderful stay there.

Location 20 mins from airport.

The hotel has thin walls, and rooms are given to kids who party though the night. I couldnt sleep the whole night due to loud music, shouting kids. Walls are so thin that everything is audible. Its a real pain.Prefer any average hotel above this. Serious disappointment.

Rooms were spacious , maintained request for an interconnected rooms, brilliant hospitality

Food is very salty and spicy , fish items seemed stale

Fab standards, clean and specious. All the staff very helpful and kind. Perfect stay before heading up to Darjeeling.

1.Reception staff - Special mention Mr Sujal , He was very courteous and welcoming . Made me feel at home even though I was travelling alone . 2.Breakfast selection and choice available were excellent .. kudos to the chefs .. service of some staff members who helped with clearing the plates etc could have been more efficient . The reception desk was good .

Clean and efficient business hotel which is quite luxurious by Siliguri standards. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast spread was very good with good quality South Indian. Will definitely return.

Though the property is located in a busy, unclean environment, the inside of the property and rooms were kept in good condition. The staff were polite and helpful.The toiletries were not of high standards but quite ok.

Cleanliness is top notch. Food variety and behaviour of all staffs are very nice. Most importantly, we liked Chef Mr.Shubhomoy, who is such a genuine person always taking personal care of guests, made special dishes.Awesome stay.

The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was clean

Despite of repeated telling how the tea has madeIt was disappointing and as we were traveling early morning at 5:45 am and they had promised breakfast will be packed but in the morning at the time of checkout it was not ready and we did not get our breakfast take away

Bed not old age friendly. Option for ortho mattress should be on offer.

The kitchen department team was awesome, loved the food and the staff behaviour too.

The front desk department was horrible, got irritated.The rooms ac was not working we had to face the issue twice .There is payment issue going, after checking got number of calls from front office department, i had to do important discussion got irritated and disturbed because of them.I have stayed there more then 10 times but never faced the issue but this time it was too bad with the front desk team.

Never understood why inspiet of double occupancy (2 guests) the In Room Dining always sent 1 Plate or 1 Cup for serviing???? - This repeated instead of communicating to the IRD , Front Desk , Duty Manager3. The Accounting Lapses for billing by the Front Desk and Duty manager and no courtesy by the Management for rendering apology inspite having sent a written communication

The service, the breakfast and dinner spread was fabulous. Had a great experience. The chefs are so warm and welcoming. They served us great food and also items as per our choice which weren't in the buffet.
