Location Is good. Rooms are clean. Staffs are helpful

Centrally located property. Cheap for a night stay. Dont expect any comfort or facility. One of the caretaker was drunkard and that spoiled our stay.

Forced to relocate to another hotel altogether

While I booked Ushashee Amidst Nature, I was informed that i would have to relocate to another hotel of theirs [Mahika By The Riverside] as the original hotel was fully booked somehow.

Safe area, Good transportation.

1.Mattress--It is not mattres,I don't know what material they used but fully uncomfortable.Just we passed hole night like sleeping on wood.2.They took booking for 12 person in three rooms but they offer two small bed for 4 person.when we coplained the owner Indranil dutta said that two single bed is fitted for 7,8 people.This was his logic.even he refused to give extra mattress.last we paid for 1 extra room.Generally I use make my trip for hotel booking.last 2,3 times I used booking.com.past experience was good but I don't know why you people rate this hotel genius.Atleast you should visit 1 or twice in a year.I was cheated.

Parking confirmed but dur to late arrival property doesn't provide full parking facility

Utterly disgusting

They refused to give me room even after telephonic conversation and confirmation .I being a lady was bound to roam here and there at 10 pm in search of hotel due to their dishonest behaviour

I booked 2 room but at the time of check in they told me that only 1 room was available for accommodation. I have to manage with 1 room only. They charged full amount from me. The owmer and manager was rudely talking with me.

Too small washroom.A little far away from main road if you dont have personal vehicle

Small Size Room.

The location is very calm. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. My friends and I had a great time. The staff were super friendly and cooperative. The place is very good for groups, specifically ones who plan to travel to other nearby locations and attractions.

don't get fooled by the pictures of the rooms. It's not a homestay it is more of a hostel with very poor hygiene and cleanliness in the room. The tumbler in the bathroom was sticky. the glass was dirty. Rooms are extremely basic. the bathroom is very small. The fan regulator was not working. The worst part is the bed had an open screw which cut the skin of my brother. There is no mosquito net so can't open the windows.

Worst experience

Worst experience, got the room for around 900 rs, the wash basin was leaking, washroom was very small that you'll hit your hands and legs while inside. The beds are iron ones and the blanket was not washed, it gave worst smell through out night. The facilities mentioned airport cab, but it's not free that hotel provides and they called auto instead, had to pay 500 rupees for it, I was already down with fever and chill weather in auto made in worse. No toiletries provided. Wasn't worth the money at all, I was in a better accomodation in Gangtok for 700 rs per night.

Staffs were familiar, the service was good and the size of the room was satisfied

Location is good butthere are other options around it.

Rooms are bad and dirty. Mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom looks decent but mosquitoes and cockroaches visit us frequently. In my stay we encountered a total of 9 cockroaches. As u enter the you can see walls covered with mosquito blood. THIS IS A PG as well So you can see college students staying around you. Totally waste and horrible experience. NO POWER BACKUP AS WELL
