The room was very clean and had what you would expect if not a little bit more for such a good price A/C TV with some English films and channels. Helpful friendly staff. In a busy area right near the station with lots of really cheap local food in nearby cafes. Breakfast for 2 (3 chapatis each, Dall, masala omelette and a big bottle of water) £1. Yes we couldn't believe it. In all great value for money. TOP TIP call reception to turn on Hot Water, they are obviously being eco friendly and then it was a fab hot shower.

Not great views but who's complaining at the price. We only had a one night stopover and a rest there. Didn't eat at hotel so can't comment.

The location is just perfect in the station premises, so for us it was easy to locate and stay for the night. The rooms were decent for the price. We had to move early so we didn't take their breakfast and food, so no comments !

They could make the premises more clean, though it was not dirty too.

location was good. The house keeping staff were very helpful. Restaurant food prices were reasonable so did not have to order from outside. The taste and quantity of food wa satisfactory. The hotel has various conveyance options.

The reception staff strongly argued with me that the complimentary breakfast would be limited to two pax per room and not as per our booking declaration. Our room was occupied by 2 adult and 2 children. The hotel refused to serve complimentary breakfast to kids. I have never came across any hotel in my life who would serve BF partially.In our booking it clearly mentioned that maximum pax allowed as 5. however, we upgraded our room by paying extra amount to triple room. The argumant hotel staff at front desk did not make sense and i felt he was talking rubbish and not aware of conditions. However after long discussions he agreed to serve 3 BF's and all this eposide resulted in delay to reach airport.

The staff and the sub staff and their care.Were very courteous and the room boys gave extra care and were on call always.

The adherence to time especially for break fast.They need to clean the leaves on the sheets looking the balcony.The air conditioners too need to be periodically cleaned ,,

Value for Money. the room was adequately clean and bathroom was OK

The surrounding area was not upto the mark and during evenings the surrounding is crowded as it is close to the railways station and bus station.

The room was sufficiently large and especially we liked the attached balcony where we could relax, have foods and so on...

We stayed there for one night in a king-sized room in the month of January on the way to Coochbehar and Siliguri gets quite cold around that time. We had hot water in the bathroom in the evening on the first day, but due to whatever reasons we did not get hot water in the morning on the following day. As a result, some of us had to skip the bath/shower.

Travelled with my family. A drunk man assaulted our family members in his inebriated state and not knowing his own room. Despite reporting the issue, the hotel staffs did nothing significant other than to comfort us and took no such considerable steps to punish the guilty

Overall it was not a good experience - in respect to food, cleanliness, comfort, cab booking from the hotel.

Size of the room

Very Poor maintenance. I had to change the room and needed to ask for everything as basics like soap, dental kit, water bottle, wifi credentials were not in place. I also find Booking.com very mischievous and doing unfair trade practices as the rate visible while booking was Rs.1600 + taxes and after booking the amount which was emailed to me Rs.2600 inclusive of taxes which I didn’t notice. I will be very careful next time.
