The restaurant could have had more staff

Love to stay here again soon on our next visit to Margaret River. Very quiet and relaxing place. Staffs are accommodating and smiling. Will definitely recommend it because price is reasonable to have wonderful experience.

Good location

The unit was dark and dingy, no sink you had to use the bathroom if you wanted coffee, no table to sit and have a meal you had to sit outside or use the Resturant.

The location was great close to shops and restaurants and activities

For one bedroom it was good

Clean

No toaster, microwave, plates cutlery. Just 2 mugs 2 teaspoons and a kettle.It was very basic.

This accommodation catered for our needs with great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff and excellent breakfasts and dinner menu with value for money costs. Coffee and atmosphere was excellent and checking in and out was made easy and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room we had was lovely and comfortable and clean the food was lovely in the bistro as well

The bed was uncomfortable, it was old and sunk in, reception could not move me to an alternative room as they were booked. The resort appears much nicer in the pictures than in real life. It did not meet my expectations for the price at all. My room was run down and

Very friendly and approachable staff. Good location 10 mins walk from the centre of Margaret River. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Shower room was clean and shower was hot. Swimming pool was sizeable and clean. Good choice of breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant.

Great location. Nice and quiet but still close to everything. The bed was nice and comfy, room was clean and the staff were lovely.

A bit out of the township. OK as long as you don't want to walk to restaurants etc.

The location was brilliant, parking ample, deluxe rooms were superb with clean bedding, towels and rooms!!! On top of all this all the staff were ever so friendly, pleasant helpful and just so lovely from cleaners to management x

The pool wasn’t heated but sure it’s great on a hot day.

The Internet service was horrible The TV was not working as the internet service was dropped.

Breakfast was not good, paid extra to get.. the place was ok, but for the price I don't think was worth it.

Nothing special about it.. I guess the large chess set was cool, but pool wasn't special, couldn't see the mini golf, no hate just wasn't impressed all around for the price we paid

Close to all attractions. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Great breakfast. Loads of parking

Bathroom tiles need some anti-mould

Fantastic staff and the restaurant food was delicious ? our only complaint was the rock hard uncomfortable bed that gave both of us sore backs ?

The front desk staff are very nice and the facilities are good.

There is no sink in the living/ kitchen area. No fan or air con in the bedroom so it was very hot and uncomfortable
