The price was great, and location, and food at pub at front was excellent.

We were there for 4 nights and the room was not made up during our stay. I know it was cheap stay, but the room should be made up at least once!!!

Little bit noisy on Sat night, we had U 9 with young kids so not ideal but certainly manageable.Slight odor in GF bed to the front, possibly something in the vent, I mentioned it to the desk on departure. not serious but worth a look.

We liked the location as it was within easy walking distance of the Margaret River town centre, shops, cafes and restaurants. We liked the landscaping around the entire complex. The complex was neat and tidy and noise was kept to a minimum. Our room was in relatively good condition, there were just a few maintenance bits to do.

We didn't appreciate being so close to the back road. The noise from this road was constant early in the morning and late into the evening. It was obviously a well used road to skirt the town.The furniture, particularly the dining chairs, could do with a bit of refurbishment. One dining chair in particular, didn't have any seat cushioning resulting in having to put a cushion on the chair to sit comfortably.We didn't like the fact that additional toilet rolls, teas/coffee etc., would be charged for if requested from reception. For the price that we paid, these should be included, no matter how many one requires.

Where to start, the property is very old& tired. The wifi was out for the 4 days we were there. The front desk staff pointed out that the fine print on booking.com states wifi is spotty at times. However NOT at all is not acceptable. The office was online. It was not clear that the staff ever called for it to be fixed/reset. There are no phones in the rooms so this is a problem.The staff: at the front desk they seemed to not allow an early check in, even by 1 hour despite housekeeping being complete. While they are smiling there is an air that is very unwelcoming. The desk is closed & reception area locked numerous times with a sign to head to the bar, they also can't help.The decor of the units is from the 1980's-2000. It is old, tired, worn & dirty. The carpet is disgusting. The walls are painted that peachy beige from the 80's. The vents for a/c & general air are FILTHY. The dirt that is caked on them is unhealthy.There is liquid soap in the bathrm, that is it for amenities.There was a sign over the kitchen sink advising guests if they left dirty dishes or didn't put them away they would be charged $50.We felt very unwelcome.

The amount of space in the apartment was great. Very comfortable sleeping accommodations for families of 4 or more. The outdoor seating and garden were beautiful.

Can't say much here, truly.

Although quite comfortable, the rooms are old and tired and need full renovation/modernisation.

Pillows were extremely high and all the same in the room. I called reception to try and get a thinner pillow but was told all the pillows are the same and I couldn’t be helped. I slept with no pillow and ended up with a sore neck

We have stayed here many times staff always polite and friendly great location and good food.

We booked the deluxe 3 bedroom bungalow as we like our space. Considering the decor was very good quality 80-90's (which we loved) it was very clean, neat and tidy and showed no signs of aging. The apartment was nice and open with heaps of room and privacy. Loved the outdoor area and quiet garden out the back. Considering our accommodation was at the back of an entertainment venue with bands playing, our room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Kitchen facilities were good. It was very convenient access to the pub (on the same property) so easy to just go there for meals. The lady at reception was very helpful and lovely. The bar/restaurant staff were really lovely. It was about a 15 minute easy walk to the main street - shops and restaurants. The location was perfect.

There were only 2 tiny little things.. The TV could have been a little bit bigger. And the water pressure in the shower was not great. Loved the rest!

Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Location very central. All staff very friendly and welcoming.

It was comfortable and the room had easy access. The location is the best part. Free parking availability and close proximity is important.

The spa was very high to get into. I bought a rubber bath mat to stop slipping in the tub and the floor got flooded each time I showered. The built in stove didn’t work which was annoying.

Excdellent place for families, we could cook staff on ours. rooms a bit dated but worth it for the price and location

Room was clean bed was comfortable and one of the only places that actually supplies some cream with the tea and coffee in the room!They let me leave my luggage there after I checked out.

Would prefer to have staff there for more than just 9-5. Also didn’t find the food at the restaurant very good (also over priced) but that’s personal and there are other places around to eat.

We were away from the hotel venue and main road so it was very quiet and comfortable

Traffic on the main road and getting out of the property onto the road was really busy. School days were gridlock on surrounding roads. Not the property's fault.

Reception staff need to improve their customer service skills as didn’t seem very interested!
