Location is great, and lots of room, very relaxing overall and great experience

The chalet felt abandoned, not much thinking was put into making guests comfortable. overall it felt clean but if you go into details you will see the other side, our kids took cushions from the sofa and under there were all sort of things, old food, headband and lots of bread crumbs. We were very cold and there wasn’t any heaters provided, only electric blanket and hot shower, which was extremely weird. overall the location is amazing and chalets have an amazing potential, just few things could be fixed and added to make it more attractive.

beautifully situated in a relaxing, tranquil forest setting not far from cowaramup & only around 15 mins to Margs

the cabin was well appointed & had everything we needed but was lackluster & it made what could have been a great stay only an ok stay - the decor is strange - random bits of old things that don’t match thrown together with no thought for comfort or practicality. Beds were small & super uncomfortable which made for sleepless nights. The cabin was insufficiently cleaned with cobwebs hanging from the ceiling & the spa - one of the reasons we chose Island Brook, was terrible - it is repurposed as shower so has 2 levels so you can stand in it safely or lay in it comfortably- it was just a no go especially as it was stained, rusty & the safety handle had broken off & not been fixed making it incredibly dangerous - just glad we are able bodied & noticed it otherwise could have had a serious injury

i liked that we were secluded and in our own little cabin. It was cool to rock up and not need to physically check in.

The property was a little smelly, mainly in the bathroom. But with a good air out the smell left quickly.

We absolutely loved how secluded the chalet was. It really is bush land for as far as the eye could see. Fantastic views! And even had a friendly kangaroo join us for breakfast.

We liked everything about this property. Tucked away in a little forest at the end of the vinyard. Away from the main road and the noise of the traffic. The only thing we could hear was the singing of the birds and the hoppingofthe kangaroos. Peaceful and beautiful - close to nature. The chalet had everything we needed.

The host Evan is very friendly even though i didn't get a chance to meet him in person except communicated with him via phone and messages. I loved TV because it's smart TV and able to watch my own movies and dramas via my portable disc, and i loved bluetooth speaker as well that i was able to connect to my phone to listen any musics we wanted while having our dinner or just chilled out chatting. We loved the chalet where is so quiet and feel relaxing. We hope we should stay more days next time!

Beds are comfortable but King Size will be even better; Spa was great but dunno how to use functions without instruction, ended up water all over the bathroom; Coffee bags were too weak for us, prefer Moccona brand instant coffee or if nespresso coffee machine even better. It will be better if have washing machine (and drier) too.

Loved the bush setting! Felt super isolated. The layout of the chalet and the self contained kitchen was a winner. Loved the spa bath, that was a real drawcard. Having amenities like Netflix on hand, the Weber BBQ and quality appliances were noticed.

A few little things were dated like the bed spread and curtains, but overall clean and calm.

The Chalet was nice with all the things that you need for a hustle free holiday. The host Evan was quite nice and he gave us a number of pointers about the area. We took walks around the property and it was quite refreshing to walk around the vines and the Bush. The pictures of the Chalet don't do justice, they are much better in flesh. The Chalets are far from each other and you have your privacy. This was a first time we had tried this kind of accomodation and my wife loved it. Will definitely come back. isolated but within 20mins drive to most shops, everything works well in the chalets.

Comfy little cabin with everything you need. Amazingly big spa bath with a window overlooking the forest. Little walking trail through the forest on which we spotted a couple of kangaroos.

A lovely peaceful,calm and relaxing place for us to stay and enjoy. It was exactly what we were looking for and really friendly service when we went to check out the wines was great:)

Only thing was the spa bath smelled mouldy however we cleaned it and it was fine after:)

The location was amazing.They had a friendly dog that my child played with.Netflix was available on the TV A functioning spa in the bathroom

Loved the location and the fact the other chalets were away from each other and ours

We weren't able to access the WiFi. There was no handsoaps or hand towel and the bedrooms housed a few spiders!

Cabin was much nicer in real life! To assist with marketing improved photos are suggested on website. Beds were okay, comfort could be improved.
