Pros +
- Customer service was outstanding, also all the personal touches were appreciated
Cons -
- The website says the room had a queen size bed which was NOT the case!! The bed was only a double which if I had known I would have not Booked this room, lucky it was only for one night. It was a shame because everything else was outstanding.
