Pros +
- Location, appearance, nice and polite staff. Good service. Rooms were clean. View was magestic. You can see vast fields of mustard from resort.
- Excellent service and staff behaviour along with very fresh and tasty food on all meals. Property location is good and excellent connection with Delhi Mumbai expressway. Well preserved heritage and feels like being in old fort. Hill View from Pool side is pleasing and calm..we enjoyed good peace and tranquility. Good place for spending wk end in calm and quiet place.Property is surrounded by Farma and they have their own vegetable farming area which was good experience..
- The property is an enchanting old fortress with breathtaking views. The Neemrana group has done an excellent job of restoring it and bringing it back to life. The staff is delightful and ever willing to assist. Mr. Narayan who was managing the dining area was particularly attentive, was taking time to talk to all of the guests and making sure that everyone was comfortable.
Cons -
- Food was too costly and prices were unjustified. Especially chapaties were very small almost size of small katori for price of Rs 48+ Gst 9%! Although they compliment us by charging half. But the damage was already done.
- Room selection shall be done carefully on web site as each room is decorated differently. Smart and Romance catagory rooms are very basic. Go for upper catagory but be ready to pay high cost.Room furniture are old and very basic on name of heritage and ancient feel which shall be improved..how ever common amenities are furnished reasonably ok.
- Can be a bit noisy as the village is closeby! Menu can have more variety! Bar needs to be air conditioned!

Superb staff! Lovely ambience! Very romantic rooms!

A lovely hotel with attentive staff, very good food and an ideal terrace to watch the sun go down! We were also very lucky to be there when traditional entertainment was laid on - great to see local music and dancing!
Nice value for money. Full privacy, nice breakfast, nice pool.
Special historic buildings with character rooms and peaceful location overlooking rural farming area. Well maintained and excellent swimming pool and lovely dining terrace with views.
The turrets are colonised by pigeons and green parrots which are great to watch from the terrace but can disturb the peace from inside the room.
We booked far in advance a family room, the staff then told us when we arrived after a long journey with kids that they “sold out our room”.? Offering us a different configuration. Where we’re not all together. We insisted we always stay as a family and that’s how our kids sleep well and i feel safer being near my husband. After much convincing the manager was very helpful and offered us another much smaller room where our kids could be on roller beds. He offered a complimentary dinner to apologise which was appreciated.
They gave away our room we had booked. The front desk staff are not welcoming or warm at all upon arrival.
Interesting old building and a great location overlooking village and fields. Wonderful large room. Heater supplied on request. Good food. Good staff. Free afternoon tea. Trad music and dance by pool one night.
It was a quaint fortress - comfortable and staff was making all effort to make us comfortable. It was reasonably quiet (thank God) as it was mid week except for one guests child who the parents delighted with squeaky shoes. The highlight is the open terrace overlooking the open fields and the Aravallis - what little is left of it!
Not having a la carte. They accomodated us by allowing us to choose a la carte from the limited menu which was k... but to be forced to eat a buffet for small eaters is not on especially for such an expensive property and room rates. Perhaps more in house activities as there is no TV. The property is much smaller than the Manesar one - at first instance was underwhelming but the charm of the quaint place caught up. Breakfast could have been more generous with cold cuts etc.. perhaps develop a walking track as we all were basically around the pool
The location is beautiful, isolated from the hustle bustle of the city. It’s a great place to relax over a weekend. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very courteous. The cherry on the cake is the exceptionally sumptuous food. Loved the food.
The prices are extremely high especially over the weekends.
Original fort and comfortable stay
Toiletries were below averageFood was average
Property Ambiance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bajinder and Netram showed us the kitchen garden very enthusiastically. The food spread was decent, and the food taste was good.
The rooms were not soundproofed. Any noise from outside the room was amplified, which impacted sleep on the second day
The property is picturesque and perfect for a weekend staycation. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional and courteous.
The bakery items can be improved
The aesthetics , history, antiques, keeping the old days alive amongst the newness
I don’t have any complain but the bathroom slippers can be a bit better
Excellent staff... all went out of their way to help. view fantastic from the terrace. Tasty food ..... cooks helpful
We had 3 nights here after a busy time in Agra , it was perfect , so much character . We were lucky enough to be here on the Sat night so there was entertainment on which was good fun . Food was really good , had a good walk around the small village , the Hotel is only place for food
overall place is nice and surrounding is good.
Breakfast can be much better, mainly something local cuisines will be great to have to understand local culture
Very polite and courteous staff. Very good food. Room was quite good and bed comfortable
The Gym and spa were outdated. No recreational facility other than TT table
it was good and very healthy if I talk about the stuff and varieties . Personally loved the Live chhole bhature . There was a detox drink they offered which was very good .
the facilities were good but were servred . very slow.
