Coromandel Shelly Beach TOP 10 Holiday Park

The place is an exact location to relax and enjoy sitting in front of the sea and listening to the birds' sounds.

They were building/fixing part of the garden, which made it a little untidy with soil on the pathways.

Awesome Deluxe Pod with great view of the ocean. Probably the best view of the whole park. Pods were a bit separate from the RV places. Nice pod, comfy bed, sofa, fridge and outside seating. Very good and clean bathroom and shower facilities.

Pretty pricey. You get (families with kids) what you book (Holiday Park) - a bit of a hustle and bustle and kids running around.

Camping site, ocation, the showers and toilets, hot water and clean. Playground.

The water was not clean/potable. The Lodge room was located near a bad smell coming from the water pumps or toilets.We had to keep the room's door closed at all times for the smell.

I booked the studio on booking. Com and they upgraded us to a spacious 2 bedroom unit with views,

Check in was easy. Parking was nearby. Views stunning. Quiet. Access to the water easy. Facilities clean. Would have made more sense to me to have pots and pans in the kitchen rather than the dining room. But bbq facilities great. Loved my stay.

The fact that I left my AirPod pro 2’s in the pod and they were stolen by a staff member and the team didn’t do enough to investigate and locate them.

Great location right on Shelly beach, beautiful sun rise and sun set, clean facilities, spacious communal areas, plenty of parking, lovely staff, would definitely recommend and stay again!

Location the biggest attraction.

Overuse of swimming pool, too many in pool most of the day.

Great location, had a beautiful sunset view at the back of the park. Had heaps of fun at the pool. Loved our little getaway!

Beautiful comfortable cabin looking out to Shelly beach, what a room with a view to watch the amazing sunsets! The BBQ was a great asset too and the clean exclusive toilets near to us. Good crockery supplied with a chiller fridge lovely crisp bed linen too?

The pool was rather small and more for the children, would love to have had a swim but due to size I gave it a miss! Must say great for kids though!

Playground and big pillow trampoline wasn’t working ? my 3yo boy wasn’t happy about it!

The place was so good, with lovely staff and a beautiful, peaceful location. I enjoyed the comfortable bed, also. Thank you!

People were partying next to me past 11 pm, which was annoying.

Very nice room with comfortable bed. Had a great sleep Bbq facilities were a bonus. Recommended

Clean and staff pleasant

Nothing I didn’t like but Had to leave early morning ( fishing trip) so was dark Was putting key in key box on exiting and did not notice step ( not sure if there was a light or a florescent marker ) but maybe could have been helpful ?

The beach being right there, pool splash zone and playground kept kids entertained

Toilets need to be cleaned more often during busy days like a long weekend. It was a noice in living area (lodge). People staying there till 12pm every night. It’s not ideal when you are travelling with kids

Given that the room was small, which we anticipated and have consciously chosen, the park was great. Beautiful surroundings, great atmosphere and equipment.

There were many options to accommodate (i.e. Tenting; Glamping; Family rooms etc)...The differing atmospheres promoted contact with other campers, ultimately creating conversations & relationship building.

Communal living is an aquired confrontation...It's a great way to meet people & interract with their own family members (i.e. Communal television; communal cooking facilities; communal dining options)...Shelly Beach briefings & signage were very clear about water conservations during showers etc. It is always great to be showering in facilities that have rigorously controlled water pressure thus, I like strong water pressure!

Coming from Oz, the scenery was amazing as. Bed comfy as and quiet spot.

I suppose walking to the loo assigned to the bungalows. But that was it.

Great location with it's own nearby beach. Sunset over the beach is spectacular. Cabin facilities are nice with full kitchen. Swimming pool was heated so still nice for a swim even though it was March.

Air con might have been nice in the cabin for the price point. Still warm weather when we stayed there.
