Harbour View Motel

The view was amazing.

The couch was very uncomfortable. Very low and hard to sit on.

Hotel was quiet, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The view was spectacular.

Our stay was great, but since you asked, the hotel is a bit dated and could use some attention. We would stay again however as this was minor.

We loved our very brief stay in the Coromandel Town and the Harbour View Hotel. The setting wae beautiful and hotel owners were generous The information book was a great read...really captured the humour of the staff.

The best thing about this hotel is the family that runs it. They are amazing. They went above and beyond to provide an EXCELLENT customer service... we felt like we were staying with our own family.

Coromandel town is a very small town... not that much to do... for us it worked out, but certainly the east coast of the peninsula has more to offer.... that said... we had an excellent time and would come back to it, especially because of the owners.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Very spacious rooms. When the tide is in, the view can't be beat.

Perfect and peaceful location, very spacious room, lovely view out over the ocean. Great hosts and the free use of kayaks or bikes was perfect for our day plans.

What a gem of a place to stay. Expect a very warm and friendly welcome. Our accommodation looked out over the stunning bay. Loved sitting on our terrace to eat breakfast whilst listening to the sound of bird song and cicades, watching the Oyster boats. All very clean, comfortable. We stayed for one night and wished we could have stayed longer.

The place needs a revamp! Its very tired inside and the general fabric a bit old. Fresh milk instead of UHT would be better

Great views over the harbour to enjoy the sunsets with convenient parking outside our room. Lots of facilities in the room such as microwave, fridge, iron etc. Friendly owners.
