very clean room and friendly helpful staff

AC would have been nice but fans supplied were just fine

Best location in town. Close to food store and right across the road from the beach. Very quiet location, rooms are some what dated but where very clean.

Good parking. Bed comfortable. Hot tub available.

No air conditioning. Hot water for only one person to shower.

Location to the beach across the road Motel was basic but clean and tidy

Dated and a little tired, otherwise it served our needs.

Room was a bit small with no space to spread out. Room was warm during the time we were there.

Perfect place—large clean room, lots of light, well equipped kitchen and bath AND it’s right across from the beach! Also a great quiet neighborhood.

Nothing—it was wonderful.

Staff were great and very helpful. The room was well fitted out and spotless. Would be pleased to stay again. Noting the property is currently up for sate, would hope the new owners achieve the same standards of hospitality.

Friendly stuff

Everything is old and dated. The motel is for sale. It means they don't do anything to keep it nice and updated. Very expensive to low quality.

Being next to beach and local shops was amazing

Outside back door is high housing and all we heard was racing of dirt bikes and can see into room through kitchen No air con. It was super muggy and hot. No water pressure in shower. Unfortunately spa bath was advertised but not clean and unavailable for use

Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Very pleasant sitting out area and close to the beach. The staff were friendly and attentive. Plenty of places of interest, shops, cafes within a short car ride.

Perfect location as it’s only a short walk to the local shops. Across the road from Opononi Beach. I enjoyed sitting outside the room all evening as the sun went down.

We only stayed for one night and it was perfect for that.

Wow, what a location, Room amazing, had everything you would need, so clean, bed awesome, had the best night sleep, walking distance to shop, sunset amazing. Just perfect .Downside was we didnt book 2 nights there.

Bathroom too small.Parking situatiin very difficult I could not get my car out to kea e the property without asking the people next door to move their car. The spaces are simply too small and badly positioned.
