Jervis Bay Motel

The location of the Property was great.I had a Queen room with a “sort of sea view”….not really worth the extra.

Unfortunately, my true feelings towards our stay are extremely marred by the fact that I ended up paying AU$750 for 2 nights when I actually thought I’d booked the 2 nights for AU$399.I will be contacting the Motel to clarify exactly what went wrong.I have been looking and have struggled to find a single room for more than AU$200 at this venue in this time period.

Extremely noisy .We were awakened several times with traffic noise from outside and a laundry truck outside our door very early

When the people next door used their bathroom the noise of water pipes was quite loud.

Great location close to shopping, restaurants and beautiful bay and ample parking. The room was comfortable and everything worked in the room.

It cost over $1000 for 2 nights' accommodation. Whilst the location was great it was very noisy throughout the night. (we stayed on a Friday & Saturday night. The room could have been cleaner (the mirror & bathroom fan very dirty - see pics below) with better attention to detail with regards to overall room presentation e.g. signage in pics below.

The price was outrageous for the quality of accommodation. I was expecting much better. It was clean but very average furnishings, hated the scratched / cracked wash basin, there was no hot water in the morning. I could only get a hot shower at night. My room was right opposite reception which was incredibly noisy when people checked in / asked questions.

Check-in was easy and friendly. The team member offered a few suggestions for beaches to visit. We had an amazing view outside our room door. Really liked the convenient location, close to everything!

Our room window looked out to a wall. It was very dark. The only way we got any light was through a small skylight in the ceiling but there was no way of covering it so we were up as soon as it was light out. Would’ve appreciated having some natural window light with the ability to close the blinds when sleeping.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to and from the shops, restaurants, pubs. Parking onsite, easy check in and check out. The rooms are great size and very comfortable.

Room beautifully renovated but very cramped. Air conditioning was poor and not working properly making the room too uncomfortable to spend too much time in & extremely noisy. Value for money a little disappointing.

Got a dirty towel with stains in our bed (between blanket and sheet). Told staff but they did not even care or apologize.

The location is good and practical but the design is not that good I mean it’s not expensive to stay here but the white lights are terrible and the bathroom very raw

The location is quite good and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The building itself is old and dated. The 'balcony' was right next to the carpark and unusable. The kitchenette has nothing for any sort of cooking but has everything to do your own washing up lol. The bed was rock hard. I did not enjoy this place at all.

It’s in a good location, but that’s all that’s good about it.

The room was very dirty and we found more than 3 blood stains in the bed which made it not so comfortable to sleep in since we weren’t sure if it’s washed? They were also extremely itchy for some reason and I can see others have had the same issue.. has us up in the middle of the night checking the mattress for bed bugs (didn’t find any but shouldn’t even have to worry about that for the price we paid to stay here)

The location was amazing! Right in the heart of all the shops and restaurants and a great starting point to see all the sights. The staff went above and beyond and were so incredibly kind and helpful. Rhiannon gave great local recommendations and my stay wouldn’t have been as perfect as it was without her!
