Rooms are specious and hotel location is also infront of prem mandir.

Furniture is old and not maintained. Staff is ok. Hotel location such many times rickshaw fellows refuse to drop at hotel, they will drop you on signal.

Excellent location just opposite Prem Mandir.Supporting and welcoming staff. I had 2 bookings (1 room for 7-8 June, and 2 rooms for 8-9 June). Due to personal reasons I couldn’t come on 07th and reached on 08th. I was given 3 rooms at the same rates as booked earlier. Rooms are clean and hotel staff are promptThe highlight of the stay was its restaurant’Namaste’. The best food we’ve ever tasted. Chef Kundan dues magic to serve out such delicacies without onions or garlic.Would stay here again when visiting Vrindavan

Old property, damaged furniture, wall decors and bathroom fittings. Don’t know how did they get FOUR STAR status.

Staff behaviour is too rude. We reached there at 2 O'clock and They have ask me to wait for 2 hours to prepare the room. Staff behaviour was too rude. They will give room as per their wish even their others room are vacant they will not provide you and ask extra money if you want other room even in the same category. If suggest to avoid this hotel if you want to make your trip devotional and peaceful with your family because reception manager are all time ready to fight with outside guests. Be careful of that.

Approach road and front ambience is good.

Room and toilet are very dirty. Even after repeated request to the reception after check in the room, no one came for cleaning.2- While coming to hotel in the evening my car was not allowed by traffic police. Contacted hotel but could get no response. We caught an e-rickshaw and the same was not allowed in the Prem mandir area. Finally we walked down to hotel asking people for location.

The food is nice and the hotel is very well located the staff is professional and friendly which makes a big difference.

The property is in urgent need of renovation. The wallpaper was peeling off due to moisture, and the bedsheets were not very comfortable. Additionally, the toilet required a more thorough cleaning.

The location of property.

The room ac wasn’t working. The bathroom had leakage, it was smelling so bad. The wallpaper was peeling . Had to change rooms. The new room’s fan was at high speed and couldn’t change it . The light was going out every 5 mins. Couldn’t sleep.

Place was nice. Their restaurant was very good. We enjoyed staying there.

Communication skill in English needs improvement

My friends room had dirty bedding when they got in. Had to be changed in the night.The bathroom can be cleaned better.Lack of shelves in bathroom to keep basic stuff

it was very dirty & unhygienic. Not at all what is shown & written on your website. It was so dirty & below the mark that we cancelled our stay 15 minutes after check in & checked out from the hotel. I am sick with severe infection since then. I made full payment at the time of check in which the staff there promised to refund but haven’t yet done. Please help us to get our money back. I wonder how can Booking.com keep such hotels on list!

House keeping, washroom infrastructure no hair dryer, the toilet sync cover was not proper room no 515 ,no iron or ironing board , micro wave and mini fridge should be added in executive rooms

cleanliness is lacking, rooms were not maintained like toilet was not cleaned well and shower was not working, no bathroom mat that lead to wet floor of room every-time washroom is used.
