Nothing other than Location.

The room size was too small, the bathroom was not enough lighted, out of 2 light 1 light was not working, the Bathroom door lock was not proper. The centre table was with broken leg , TV panel was not clean lots of dust on the top. Main door lock was only an electronic door which you can't lock from inside.

Not recommended for familyAlthough Informed earlier after that no early check in . Room not clean ,

Cleaning , staff behaviour, checkin

Staff was little cooperative, rest was pathetic. Not worth for the charge.

Cleanliness, room size, room infrastructure nothing was upto the mark.

Property was to close to the destination I planned for.

Untidy , dirty rooms, no pest control in rooms. Room had cockroaches and lizards in it.

Really bad experience. Do not stay at this hotel.

Room and bathroom both were not at all clean.Behaviour of the staff member was really bad.There was lizard in the room.Food was bad.

Apart from location and staff behaviour, nothing else was good enough to be appreciated.

Rooms were dirty with spider webs, dust, and the toilet had ages old stains, cockroaches were also freely roaming inside bathroom. Room size was quite disappointing. Cupboards were dirty like anything.

Nothing except food. Very dirty n small room. No cleanness.

I booked for 2 days but I checked out in 1 day. But he forced me to pay 2days amount

Dinner is just awesome, very tasty food served by good staffs. Need to improvise in breakfast.

Need to work on cleanness, washroom was not in good condition. Use freshers for washroom.

There are RATS!!!1) Dirty bed sheets and pillows with stains.2) Rats running around in the room and lobby area. We got 4 rats!!!!!! And other guests were bitten!! Hotel staff said quote " we'll catch it and remove them from your room. " This is not the correct answer to address these problems.3) The Washroom was dirty with stains on the toilet and washroom sick.4) At 4 a.m., someone tried opening our room door when my family was sleeping. Thankfully, I was awake, I opened the door and found a person walking away.5) Staff very very rude!!!6) Very loud noises all night in the lobby and from outside noises. Every hotel I've stayed at have sound proof windows or something to prevent outside and lobby noise.7) No safety lock on your doors. Only one lock. This is a big safety concern for me. We had to put a chair in front of our doors for safety.The staff as well is not helpful. The person I spoke to at reception didn't seem to care.In conclusion, this is an honest review about this hotel, and I personally do not recommend it to anyone.Booking.com won’t do anything to help you because this hotel charge you in advance!!!!

The location is perfect, close to the river and Holi Gate but slightly off the main path (so it's pretty quiet). Friendly and accommodating staff -- they had information about Holi events and hosted a dance party in front of the hotel on the day of.

The floor in the room was a bit dusty, and with all the guests in town for Holi and trying to get the colors off at the same time, the hot water was intermittent.

the evening meals were very good

disgustingly dirty. previous guest clothing in wardrobe. bins hadn’t seen emptied. bathroom disgusting, we had to clean all surfaces ourselves. bedding dirty. staff were not interested at all. breakfast was poor. breakfast room was very dirty. the hotel is dirty throughout and we didn’t see anyone clean the floors once during our stay.

Very nice staff, enough space in the room and very good breakfast. They even organized a little Holi party in the hotel and kept away strangers.

Room was not properly cleaned, for the price we expected a little more.

Staff is very friendly, collaborative and helpful.The location is convenient to reach Holi gate in a 10 min walk.Wifi works well.We had always hot water in the bathroom

The hotel is a bit old in the forniture and fittings, as well in blankets, towels, etc. There is no complementary bottled water and the breakfast is really indian-based (a bit boring for a foreigner, after 2 days).
