Avoid This Property

This property was a major disappointment. The photos are misleading and do not reflect the reality of the place. The building is in urgent need of maintenance and renovation. The room was dirty, rusty, and unhygienic, with several broken items. The previous guests’ waste in the kitchen had not even been cleaned. It feels like an old apartment that has simply been converted into a hotel. Customer service is practically non-existent.I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Location is near by prem mandir and keshav dham, they have treated well their rooms for pigeons and moneys, small kitchen is there in the room for preparing and keeping food. Lobby is good with barista coffee lounge.

Dirty and stinky swimming pool, stinky costumes, funzone is for promotion only there is one with broken and dirty toys & stuff, staff's behaviour is like " so what if you are our guest ". No too much variety in breakfast.

The rooms are old and are not maintained well by the management. The bathrooms are very dirty.

Nothing. Heard the main entrance was sealed by authorities and they took us in from the back entry.

Property need renovation , In the PIC , its look like a new properly , but its ugly hotel.

The best thing about this place was the massage spa- excellent. Sadly there are a lot of things that need improvement..for example the bedding for the sofa bed was stained and dirty, the swimming pool needed a clean, the lifts are slow, and half the food menu at the restaurant was not available. The TV wasn't working and no phones in the room.I would definitely go back to use the massage Spa. The location was quite far from Loi Bazaar and those central main temples like Radha Raman and Banke Bihari. The hotel gave us a complimentary late check out which was helpful. Thank you.

We liked the food but we found the rooms to be a bit expensive for that money

When we stayed there the tv did not work at night esp the cable when we needed most ..they cane n checked but still it did not work the entire night ..that was the negative point specially when u charge so much

House keeping staffs were nice well behaved and well mannered. Only thing to like into this stay .

After booking by booking com Reception manager charged 1700 by saying GSt and taxes. That is not accepted. Second thing reception manager treat him self as ower of house like big boss. Third - hotel room doesn't seems to be value for money. Third : Never expected hotel can be into residential society apartment. ? who claims to be Resort. This is not at all Resorts. Just fulfilling the requirements that's sht. Overall experience ok ok type not satisfactory.

Show the correct photos of Kadam . It’s fake . My money is wasted to the premises it’s a lodge …

the room showed in pictures and the reality of it was completely different. it was not clean at all and very small for price of money paid and not enough for 3 people to stay. the family room was booked and they gave us small room.

The location of the property was okay and convenient.

We checked in in the late evening and the room we got was not super clean (the bed sheets) and especially the bathroom was very disappointing, there were no towels.The shower wasn't working properly and water was cold (it was February) and it was flooded as there was no level difference in wet area. When I reported to reception and requested to change the room, they insisted on being in the same room and sent plumber (which wasn't very pleasant). I called again and they finally agreed to move to another room and we were too tired, just slept! The breakfast looked hopeless for that kind of money, so we skipped and ate outside. Thanks!

very bad rooms - plaster peeling off. go used linens- had to request them. asked for additional pillow - promised but never got it

Food was okay, service was fine. It was an okayish experience.

Cleanliness and hygeine of room and fittings was not up to the mark. Taps were too dirty, washroom floor was okay, Kettle was too dirty, balcony was dirty, rooms had seepage issue and smell problem.

Hotel and rooms were as it was at the description. Comfortable beds at deluxe rooms, hot water and a/c works good. But cleanliness should be improved.Nice guys at the reception and in the room service, always ready to help with any queries.Restaurant at the last floor is good, food was tasty.Thanks a lot!

We booked deluxe and family apartments, there were no bedding at the apartment for the sofa, and sofa is uncomfortable for sleeping.Small kitchen was at every room, but there are no refrigerator, stove and dishes so it is pretty useless.Swimming pool was dirty, because of the dust from constraction of neighbour building.

The food was good and spa was good !!!

Rooms walls were chipping off....Hand towels were nt providedSwimming pool was dirty n stickyHousekeeping was slow Mini kitchen was very dirty n rusted n no utensils were kept ..Hotel refused on making popcorn for kids ...whereas popcorn was provided by me ....Bathroom was too small .. specially the bathing areaThe table linens in the restaurant were very dirty ...Breakfast menu was same for the first three days There can be some change which will be liked by people like me who stay for 7 nights They need a lot of upgradation for the price they charge
