Hotel Ganpati Palace

Staff, politeness, issue resolution

Smaller rooms with less amenities. Doesn't give a rich feeling. Tv not working.

Hotel is good but under repairing.Staffs are good and polite.Food is also good.

Clean bed, bed sheet and pillow, Good and delicious breakfast, Good location beside the main road.

The floor is very dirty, old room.

There are many good points, but the thing I like most is the friendliness and kindness of the staff.

Wi-Fi is difficult to connect to. It is available at the reception.

Location was ok. Managers were Co operative.

Room was not pleasant.foul smell was there all around. No Water in one of our rooms till morning . Had to go in another room for washroom and bath Booked 4 same rooms. But allotment was not proper

upgraded one room to superdeluxe room but put a condition that only two people could stay in a two double bed room.

There was a construction work going on at the property, rates of the rooms should have been reduced or this should have mentioned on the site, about the construction work. so the traveller should have option to make their choice.smelly rooms, poor amenities poor cleanliness at high cost

Excellent staff and rooms were clean with all the services & even food also excellent.

Not satisfied with roomsThey have ongoing construction, so there is too much dust

When we reached our room still not readyThey Give us small room as compare to bookedRooms is dirty and fan, TV not workingwashroom also dirty and smelly

Bad

The worst hotel of India. They kept us like prisoners because they decided not to accept credit cards. They perfectly know that their machines don't work with International credit cards but they didn't do anything to change. They behaved like criminals. About the room in general it's horrible, very dirty. Even the bottle of water they offer to you it's not closed properly, for sure it's not safe. If you are an International traveller don't go this place for your safety

Location was good

Staffs are bad.the property is not overall worth for the price .small rooms which are not so clean. Its just not worth for the amount of room .

All the staff were kind and made me feel at ease. I would like to stay again.

There was a water heater, but there was no hot water.

Breakfast was fine, and location is also good.

Sanitary fittings in bathroom was not good.

Room was quite small. Also no towels and lack of proper cleaning.

not at all recommended

not clean, rooms were not upto mark , after booking they've given to others without patience

good room size, spacious, parking and in-house restaurant

ac not working properly, the elevator is outdated

Hotel location was good near krishna janmabhoomi.

Room was very small. Wifi network was not available in the room. Hotel was way too expensive according to facilities. Book it only under 1k not more than that.

Location is 1 km far from Krishna janmabhumi

Service very slow....too much irritate first day as we have 8 Room...first day ac not working in one room.... dranage system problem in one room....hot water problem in one room....worst Breakfast first day.... complain to manager after it gone best

I like the location of Hotel, food is very good.

Very poor hotel. What they shows in booking.com is totally different. No rooms can be considered as Delux or super delux rooms. We have to call service staff for a towel even.No drinking water is provided even when you check in.

Location, staff behavior, room space, restaurant within hotel

Washroom size was slightly smaller, geyser was not working

Staff is very cooperativeFood is excellentRooms are very luxurious
