couple of years ago, breakfast and tea were included in a cheaper hotel rate.This time, the rate was increased and we had to pay for all the cups of tea and toasted bread

The proximity to Iskcon

The personals at the desk was not friendly. I went to my room and there was no water, no toilet paper and the trash of the previous guest was still in the room.

Breakfast was not provided during out stay, the location is excellent, very close to Iskcon temple.

The toilets could have been better

Close to Krsna Balaram Mandir, You feel the mood of Vrindavan, beautiful trees and birds

Not clean enough, no immediate hot water

Right behind the ISKCON Temple, beautiful architecture. I liked how the room was spacious and the hotel had a classy old look.

Location is great but hotel is way overpriced.

Perfect location.Spacious rooms and helpful staff makes Bhakti Dhama an attractive option when visiting Vrindavan.Reasonably priced.

Bathroom and bed linen needs an upgrade. Overall it was great.WiFi only works in the hallway.

The room was dirty. It looked as if the room hadn't been clean for the longest time. All the furniture and the floor were covered with dust. The room definitely was not cleaned for me. The toilet seat was filthy. Hot water didn't work.

I would use Bhakti Dham again as it is well located but would be better if rooms were cleaner

I would have appreciated the rooms being cleaned daily. They were very dusty and difficult to keep the bathroom clean as no ventilation and no window

It’s very close to the ISKCON Sri Krishna Balaram temple. Easy to arrive at the location via car. Rooms are spacious & basic amenities are available like hot water, air conditioners if needed. Reception support staff are available all the time in case if support is needed to carry luggage (if any)

Bedsheets & linen could have more cleaner. Bathroom soaps & shampoos not available & it must be made available for the price they charge. I personally felt it’s overpriced

Location is best for us as we follow iskcon and it's near to iskconAlso staff was very good and cooperative

Old used towel was hanging in the bathroom and allout refill was empty

Location close to iskcon, staff very helpful, Dusyant and Sagar were amazing people. Property require a bit of renovation.

Really bad experience. The room given had issues. Leakage. Bathroom doors getting locked. Changed our room and that was dirty.

Location just wow, very near to ISKCON temple. Clean and big space but AC & bathroom facilities are very old, they need to replace it
