Washroom was not good at alllll definitely not worth the money m only saying ok because of the breakfast food taste was good options were not many but fine . Washrooms were pathetic
Washroom at all n that was the core reason we went to an expensive hotel only fr night cz we had to head nack home in the morning to delhi bt the washroom was so bad i couldn’t use it n there were no hand jet as well so uncomfortable it was pathetic n for so much money we can get 4-5 star in delhi
The property is near the important landmarks of mathura. The staff is polite and friendly. Rooms are cosy.
On request they provided the hair dryer , bucket and mug. They should have these basic things in bathroom.
Stay was good, quiet place
Food is not good, staff Don't answer the call, breakfast is not good
Nothing is liking there
Overall service pathetic, staff was not cooperative, overall bad experience. At this cost will get very good property I booked only for the Brijwasi name but staff is not cooperative and damage brand image. I talk to GM MR. Vivek to give him feedback but he was not interested to even listen and nor showed eagerness to resolve customer issues. I didn’t saw that kind of service and staff behaviour. Only break fast was good and manager Ravi is great guy. He was only person who listen my complain and gave good service.
Location was convenient. Food was good.
The room had a smell. The toilet did not seem clean enough and was leaking. The lift buttons were dirty.
